This moving company no-showed on move day. They were supposed to arrive between 8AM and 10AM. I only got call back when I inquired at 9:30 as to status and ETA. They said COVID and staff were issues. I finally found one of the owners. He apologized and promised to show up next day. They did. Some of the teammates provided were experienced. Most had little experience. Communications were lacking, although their automated systems do remind you of upcoming move schedule. Owner would not divulge his mobile number. He did not return calls. They damaged a high-end dining room table…Simply inexperience was root cause. I would not use this company again.

I confirmed a delivery for 3/7/2020 arrival time of 10-11a; I began texting at 10:34a 10:36 and 10:51 for at ETA; no response. At 12:24PM Abe sends a text (to someone), stating he's been trying to reach me. NOT ONCE DID HE CALL TO CONFIRM OR REPLY TO ANY OF MY PREVIOUS TEXTS. I called the office and spoke with Cassandra, she explained that the team had gone to another delivery and she had received all of my texts regarding ETA; she also told me that they would be another hour. I told her that I deserved a discount for the inconvenience; she informed Abe who then told her to tell me that he wouldn't offer and discount and he would cancel the delivery all together. I informed Cassandra that I had boxes everywhere and had been waiting all day for them to come and this is unacceptable. One hour came and went and no team. I called again and Cassandra informed me that Abe was on his way into the office and she would let me know if he was coming or not. Cassandra called me at 2:48p to tell me that they were on their way and I quickly told her that their services were no longer needed and I have to pay another company to come and move me. I called the office 12p, 12:42p, 1:46P; 1:47p and 1:48p. Not once did ABE pick up the phone and call me, all communication was done through Cassandra, who by the way kept a calm head while I was completely frustrated and angered. This is NO WAY to treat a customer and to be on Angie's list is ridiculous. Others may have had excellent experience with this organization, but I didn't. They are incompetent, rude, and disrespectful. Cassandra is the ONLY light and she is doing herself an injustice by continuing her employment with this reckless company. If anyone should ever ask me, I'll tell them about my experience with this company!!! DO NOT USE!!!
