 + -1 moreI PHONED HIS OFFICE TWICE, ONCE LEAVING A MESSAGE WITH HIS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, AND THE SECOND LEAVING A MESSAGE DIRECTLY ON HIS VOICE MAIL. IT HAS BEEN OVER A WEEK NOW, AND I HAVE NOT EVEN RECEIVED A RETURN PHONE CALL.
Description of Work: I'M TRYING TO GET A HOUSE APPRAISAL PRIOR TO PUTTING MY HOUSE ON THE MARKET.

Description of Work: WE HAD SAM COCHRAN APPRAISE A HOUSE WE WERE CONSIDERING PURCHASING. HE DID AN EXCELLENT, THOROUGH JOB ON A VERY SHORT SCHEDULE. HE WAS VERY STRAIGHTFORWARD, KNEW HIS STUFF, TOLD US WHAT HE THOUGHT. HE ENDED UP SAVING US A LOT OF MONEY. WE WOULD ABSOLUTELY USE HIM AGAIN.

 + -1 moreWE BOUGHT ONE OF THE HOMES AFTER THEIR APPRAISAL. THEY SAVED US FROM A BIG MISTAKE ON THE OTHER HOME. SAM COCHRAN SPECIALIZES IN THE MEYERS PARK AND DILWORTH AREAS, AND HE IS EXCELLENT. HE REALLY KNOWS HIS STUFF, AND IS STRAIGHT FORWARD AND EASY TO DEAL WITH!
