Carl and his crew are superb! Finally, a gutter guy that answers his phone and does exactly what he says he will do!!!! I had multiple roof leaks and gutters that were not pitched correctly. Carl fixed us up and we are so happy with this. We love CLT Gutterglove!

Carl came and explained to me how he was going to do it, gave me options about how to take care of the missing screens, gave an estimate and took care of it. Because of the weather (it was raining all the time during that period) it needed to be done but it was difficult to find a day without rain to do it safely. Richie came on a sunny Sunday to take care of it. I am very pleased with their work and i will definitely call them again.

He was very responsive, did the work quickly, and his pricing was reasonable. He went the extra mile! As a courtesy he put a tarp on our roof where it was leaking. Since he did such a great job on our gutters, we are strongly considering using him to do our entire roof.

Carl came out and looked at the problems we were having with our gutters and downspouts- he was very professional and courteous- he brought samples of the 3 different options for the gutter guard system. We thought the price was good for the large home we have and felt he would be good to work with for the project. In addition, he had been recommended to us by someone who has done another type of work for us over the past year and we felt that if they were personal friends, he would also be a quality person. We were right. The job went perfectly, the installer Ritchie was prompt and hard working. Carl came to inspect and assist with a portion of the job on installation day. I asked them to also see if they could fix one of the slats that was broken on an attic vent window. Ritchie tried to caulk the slat in place, but unfortunately the caulk could not hold the slat. Carl made a special trip back to our house just to repair that slat - which was not even part of their job- it was simply a favor I asked if they could do while having the high ladders available. Wow- that is true customer service, above and beyond. If I could rate them A++++, I would. Strongly recommend this company. Ask for Carl.

Carl and his crew did a great job removing gutters, replacing facia board and wrapping with an aluminum cover then re installing the gutters on my Mothers home. They were prompt, and very responsive and paitent with my elderly Mom as well and that was very appreciated.

Had Carl come out and give estimate on gutter damage an screened in porch damage. I Had a large tree fall against my house from the storms. Carl did a great job matching the damaged gutters to the existing gutters, an he also replaced screen to the entire porch. Carl an his crew were very polite an easy to get along with. Also I had no trouble staying in touch with carl while the work was going on he answered his phone every time I called. I would recommend CLT to anyone needing new gutters or repairs around the house. Truly a pleasure.

Great communication, pleasure to deal with, honest, thorough, quality people who are pros at their trade. Carl provided list of materials and specifications. One of the only roofing companiesin Charlotte that breaks down material cost and labor cost. These guys had to plan the work around rainy weather but had a plan and a strategy. The roof is complete and looks great. Accepted pay when job was finished. Use this company with confidence. Good value for money.

I called some of these other gutter companies (i.e. Bizzy Bee) and they werent interested in a potentially small job. Carl responded immediately. Came to my house. He was pleasant to deal with. Provided options. The cost was acceptable. Repaired/installed/cleaned the guttters and downspouts. I am very pleased and I will use CLT agin. Thanks Carl!

they were a little more expensive than another system we considered. However there pricing was up front and the service and installation was excellent. Another company started with a very high price and every time they called the price was lower. i just don't like to do business that way.

All work was performed well, and in a timely fashion. Work was begun and completed the first week of April, 2013. The owner of the business was very professional and cordial. His workers were punctual and efficient. We would definitely recommend CLT Gutterglove!

Carl was the most responsive and charged half. He was professional and got it fixed fast. He was prompt in his email and phone response and was punctual. He performs a variety of other contractor services. I would not hesitate to use him for those. As always, my complaint with Angie's List is that it isn't just about good ratings, it is about price. Based on price, two of A/L's top rated contractors in this type work would get an F. They were just unreasonably expensive. Bottom line is that Angie's List should give us two primary ratings and ways of sorting contractors - one being performance, the other being price. Most of Angie's contractors are too expensive.

Carl Rubidge and his crew installed 126 ft of LeafBlaster gutter guard onto the existing gutters. Very professional and knowledgable. Very friendly and easy to work with. LeafBlaster is a gutter guard system that is reasonably priced and actually works. Carl was very thorough and it was a pleasure working with him. I highly recommend CLT Gutterglove.
