Even though it had been about 6 months since Carl provided the quotation he honored the original price, no questions asked. I contacted CLT Gutterglove online through Angie's List. They responded promptly and came out within a couple days to give me an estimate. They were able to schedule the repair within a couple days. I never met them in person, as I was working when they came out, but they did a really nice job. The gutter on our garage was damaged during a storm, which left a dent in the gutter and ruined the screen guard in that section. They came out and replaced that length of gutter and placed a new piece of screen (that we already had extra of) back in its place. Overall, we are very pleased with their work.....professional, neat and clean. Will definitely use them again in the future, should we need our gutters serviced.

This company was so professional and reliable. The sales person came and presented the product in a friendly and prompt manner with samples to show us. He responded promptly to all phone calls and texts we had and sufficiently answered all of our questions. The workers showed up on time (and even texted us when they got stuck in traffic and were going to be 20 minutes late!), cleaned up the project, and the owner personally reviewed the finished product himself, and actually touched up the paint himself without us even asking! My husband and I were both amazed at the service and professionalism of this company. It is rarely found these days in any sort of service company. We would definitely recommend them!!!

Carl made this process so easy! He gave a very thorough and reasonable estimate complete with letting me see the material options available for the gutters and product information for the porch. He stayed in regular communications with me on the schedule and even accommodated a time when I needed his team to pause the work during the day which was very much appreciated. The work looks excellent and was done exactly to my specifications. Carl personally stopped by to inspect the work done by the two-man installation crew who were also friendly and accommodating. A portion of our gutter detached itself from our house. Called CLT Gutterglove and they were able to come to the house the next day. They were responsive, arrived promptly, and did a great job with the repair. They clearly explained the problem and the steps they took to resolve it. Even changed a blown light bulb outside as it was in the same vicinity of the repair. I appreciate their customer service and would definitely do business with them again.

The were prompt, courteous and did a great job. They came out, did what they were supposed to do and all is well. I have not had to call them back out since the service. I would recommend this company.

He was on time and very professional and friendly. He explained what he was going to do and he then done the estimate and we went over what he found. The price was good. They offered a 5 year warranty on the maintenance and 15 I think on the finish. Meaning if they come off of the house in 5 years the warranty is over but if the paint comes off in 10 years that is covered.I thought other companies offered a better warranty but after obtaining other estimates this 5 year one was the best. We will be scheduling our service with them soon.

We were not home the day the gutters were installed but he emailed when the installers were to arrive, sent pictures of the work and was finished before we got home! CLT Gutterguard was very busy because rainy water had required work delays. Carl did most of the work himself because his crews were so busy catching up with work-delayed projects. He explained well improvements to expect in moving water away from house after work was done. He was patient, friendly and personable as he performed work. He even "tutored" me about how to do similar work at my house in the future. As busy as he was, he never rushed the job or failed to answer any of my many questions.

From start to finish, the absolute BEST experience I have ever had with a contractor. Carl Rubridge, owner, answered my call immediately and met with me to assess our issues and prepare an estimate/offer solutions within 24 hours!!!! Carl was early to the appointment, very professionally dressed and extremely courteous. Other reviews are correct - I received a thank you note IN THE MAIL (unheard of in this business climate of emails, texts, etc.). He came back out to show samples of Gutterglove and to go over the project with my husband?within 24 hours of calling to request another meeting! His crew was very professional and courteous. Because of the gutter issues, we had noticed several areas of rotting wood, or what we thought was rotting wood. An additional $275 was added to the quote to replace this wood. However, his crew only found one area and the others simply needed to have the paint removed/scraped and a new coat added which resulted in zero additional cost! Honesty like that is very difficult to find and very much appreciated!! CLT Gutterglove should be Number One on Angie's List. Other gutter companies listed on Angie's List have yet to return my calls/emails and CLT Gutterglove has already completed the job!

Great, they found the leak sources quickly and repaired same. And quickly, all was said and done in 1 hour.

Carl Rubidge is top shelf and offered a detailed proposal for the project. There were no surprises; this was a turn-key job and all went well and as expected. Ritchie and Chiparo performed the work without fail; the results were exemplary and they appeased my wife who asked, "while you're up there can you clean the gable." Our gutters, with the cleaning look as if they were installed yesterday. At the end of the day, this job exceeded our expectations.

The service was great. Carl was professional and friendly without being overbearing or condescending. He clearly laid out our options and the cost of each. After our estimate visit, he sent a hand written thank you note. When we asked him to perform the job, he and his team were punctual, courteous, and clean. The job was done quickly and we've had no further problems with our gutter since.

The work was installed in a timely manner and we have not had an issue with the gutters since.
