Closets By Design

Description of Work: Designed, according to specified needs/wants, shelves,coat hanging areas,shoe racks, drawers,etc. for four closets and one set of kitchen shelves for plates,glasses,containers,etc. The designer/estimator ,Carolyn, listened to our needs/wants, made some very good suggestions based on her extensive knowledge/experience, and then made all the necessary measurements. Finally, she reviewed with us the various styles,grades,quality of materials available and then right on the spot produced a custom, hand done, graphic of what she suggested complete with prices. Then she explained in detail why the suggested design/solutions would best fill our needs/wants and the the prices, which I thought were very reasonable.Shortly after I agreed and made a deposit, I received a call to schedule the work(about 10 days out). A few days before the scheduled date I received reminders by email, regular mail, and phone. On the schduled date at the scheduled time, the installer showed up and did a great job in what I thought was an amazingly short period of time for all the work that was done. He was professional,courteous, and neat. When he finished, he reviewed all the work done to make sure it was what was expected and that it met with our approval. Then within a few more days, I received a follow up call from Carolyn to see if we were completely satisfied. From start to finish Closets by Design met and exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend them without reservation. Actually, the work was done on two seperate dates. The first was three closets, and we were so pleased and it made such a positive difference that we decided to an additional hall storage closet and the set of kitchen shelves.
