Description of Work: I had a large 3 door closet with the wire shelves which collapsed on me. On the first job, I had Closets by Design redo that closet and to equip a new closet that had been constructed for my husband in the guest bedroom. On the second contract, I had the original closet in the guest bedroom redone and the linen closet in the master bath. Well pleased with all their work. I can find my clothes now!

+ -1 moreThe whole experience was really wonderful. The Closet by Design representative I worked with, Lisa Humphreys, was great. She was always willing to bend over backwards to meet when convenient for me. She was very upbeat with good ideas and never used any pressure to sell more. Lisa was timely and well-prepared and kept in contact. The two men who installed our closets were extremely professional and polite. I could not believe how hard and long they worked. Honestly, I worried about them because I never saw them stop to eat or drink. They had scheduled me for two full days of work, and they were done early. The closet looks beautiful, and Lisa's designs seemed to give us maximum storage space. The company owner, Diana, called after the first day to check on the progress and to be sure I was happy with the way things were going. Lisa called after the second day to see if I was happy with the end product. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.
