Chris arrived right on time and was very professional and friendly. He took the time to explain everything he was going to be doing and what I could expect to see in the next couple of weeks as the treatment begins to work. He was very thorough and took his time to do the work. I am very pleased with what I saw him do. My first experience with this company was with the sales rep Connor, who convinced me to change companies after using the same vendor for the last eight years, then office staff and now Chris. All personnel I have had contact with have been top-notch. I would have to say this company and its personnel practice superior customer service skills that are rarely seen today.

He totally covered around the entire perimeter of the house. Before we got Cleardefense we had a terrible problem with ants, and always found the occasional roach in the house. We have no problems at all now. It's wonderful, and the price is great!

Alan Braun the technician is always very professional and very prompt. Every time he comes, he makes sure we are not having any problems with bugs. Alan always listens. We switched over to Clear Defense about 6 months ago and are very happy with them.

It went very well. Chris came out and explained in detail what he was going to do and about the contract. Being new to the area I was very concerned about the amount of spider webs and being bit twice. I have a new grandson and was concerned about the product being used. He was very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease taking the time to inform me about the product. He was very polite and respectful.myoverall experience with this company was great. Chris was punctual and professional. He cleared all of the cob webs from around the house and from the garage. Since we are in a heavily wooded area, this took some effort! Even with the extra work, he was quick and efficient. The house has not looked this good since we moved in 3 years ago. Very pleased!

I had the privilege of meeting Chase, one of the owners of ClearDefense Pest Control, when Chase was in the process of a neighborhood meet and greet. At the time we were very dissatisfied with the pest control company we had hired two years before. Our previous company had just come over for an extra treatment, after I notified them that we were having a very bad wasp problem. Chase immediately noticed the large wasp nest our former company was supposed to eliminate the day they were here. To make matters worst, the wasps had found a way into my house. Less then a week after meeting Chase I made a hysterical call to ClearDefense after waking up that morning to at least six wasps in my bathroom. Bill, who does the scheduling, had their service man, Chris, at my house by 10:30 AM. He did a thorough check of the entire house and found and treated the wasp entry point. They were making their way through a bathroom vent into the house. Chris also checked and treated for ants, spiders( which we also have a problem with since we live in a heavily wooded area ) and other pests. Most importantly, he found numerous other wasp nests and eliminated them too. We are delighted to say, we have not seen one live wasp since Chris was here. We can now sleep better knowing we will not be greeted by a bathroom filled with wasps anymore and if we do see a few, we sure know who to call. I have discontinued service with my previous pest control company and will be serviced by ClearDefense from here on.

So glad I took the time to speak with Lindsay. Even though I currently had a pest control company working on my house for the last year, I was embarrassed to see tons of spider nests, fire ant hills and spider egg sacs all around my house, inside my garage and inside my screen porch. I guess I didn't realize how bad it had gotten and that I was wasting my money elsewhere. Lindsay was very polite and thoroughly explained her services. We scheduled the initial spraying and cleaning for the next day. Bill showed up promptly the next day and got right to work. He sprayed and cleaned out both the inside and outside of my house. He was very courteous and worked around my kids and dog. Very happy that I made the switch.

I called ClearDefense because while my current pest control was very responsive, I have to call them very time I need service. This means that is is sometimes a large problem before I have time to call them. So I wanted to see what ClearDefense would offer. They come out automatically every 3 months to proactively take care of bugs before they become a problem. We have had a huge problem with spiders this year, including black widows. We have had to call our old service several times to come out to try to take care of the spiders. ClearDefense has a de-web guarantee. Bill Goins did an excellent job with our first service. He had to come back to service the outside because it was raining, but I mentioned how much my daughter hated spiders. Bill heard this and went outside in the rain to make sure that we had no spiders on the porch. That type of service is rare. Bill listened to my concerns and took the time to explain everything. Their service is a little more than my previous provider but what a difference already!
