Cleaner Carpet Concepts came to clean all the carpets and all the hardwood floors, including my Persian rugs. The carpets had, what I thought were permanent pet stains; but Cleaner Carpet Concepts cleaned them to perfection and they had no remaining traces of pet stains! They removed all the pet stains (created by one small dog) and the plush was vacuumed back into the carpets! In addition, there was a clean and fresh smell in all the carpeted rooms after Cleaner Carpet Concepts finished; and to top it off, the carpets were dry in an hour. Cleaner Carpet Concepts brought back the luster in my hardwood floors. Six weeks after the hardwood floors were cleaned, they still look like they were cleaned yesterday. Before, I could barely look at my hardwood floors because they were so dull and lifeless due to the ingrained dirt in the wood. Cleaner Carpet Concepts came in and gave my hardwood floors a deep cleaning; now, they take center stage. So, when I walk through the door, I hardly recognize the hardwood floors because they are so clean and beautiful, with a renewed luster! The furniture looks so lovely on my dust free, refinished floors. I am not exaggerating when I say that my hardwood floors look like they did ten years ago when the house was brand new. Mr. Cornelius Street, owner of Cleaner Carpet Concepts, did the work himself. He was professional, honest and very reasonably priced. The excellent quality of his work and the special attention to detail that he gave to doing the job in my home was apparent in the end result. I was very happy with the service provided! Cornelius was so nice and professional! He did a great job cleaning the grout. I was shocked to see that the grout was really a light grey, not dark brown. He also gave me some good tips on how to keep the grout clean in the future. I would definitely recommend Cleaner Carpet Concepts.

Everything went well. The rug was cleaned and returned in good condition with the dirt and spots gone. He also cleaned the leather sofa and chair that had several years accumulation of dirt on them. They came out looking 100% better with only a small spot that was too stubborn to go away remaining. Mr. Street was very professional and courteous and worked very h****** the sofa and love seat.

I had a good experience with them. They owner calls back promptly and uses environmentally compatible products which is important for me. He did an excellent job with the cleaning, he took care of moving the furniture around and explained what he is going to do. He pretreated the areas the needs to be pretreated. I have pets so that was the reason I had the carpet cleaned. I was quite pleased with the service.

The put the plastic little things under the furniture when they moved it. They moved all the furniture and cleaned the entire carpet in the rooms. I am a neat freak and I looked around the room after they left and I couldn't find a spot they had missed. Their prices were much cheaper than the other carpet cleaning company's. I would give him A's on everything. The technician was very professional and nice and I will use them again in the future.

Cornelius has cleaned my carpets twice. on the first occassion he made a special trip to my house at 9:00 PM because I had to have the carpets cleaned before the movers came. A year later I called him again. This is a small locally owened business and they do a great job. He uses a cleaner that dried in an hour or less. Will use again!
