I am very pleased with this purchase and the wonderful cleaning that Mr. Garcia did. The response rate was great. I purchased the $79 deal one evening and within the next day had an appointment confirmed. Mr. Garcia arrived promptly at 1:00 and worked very hard for the full four hours. Following the session he conducted a walk through of his work. I would hire him again!

We had a last minute request because of moving into a house. They were late but we were pleased with the work and since it was a quick request we let the lateness go. So we asked them to do the same type of cleaning in the house we were selling - kitchens and bathrooms. Made the appointment over the phone because the cleaner said we didn't need to go through Angie's list and they never showed up. Left us in a bind because the realtor was coming for pictures. Wouldn't use them again since I don't know if they would show up.

Well it started out with them arriving at 4:15pm which was an hr and 15 mins late, Bill called to tell me he was running behind and would be 45 mins and it was even longer. An older gentleman and what appeared to be a teenage boy arrived to clean. My husband stated the kid had to be told at some point to move on from the bathroom because that area had been already cleaned and was taking too long on the same spot. Overall the deal was for 4hrs one person but 2 for 2 hrs is what ended happening. Although my place did need some extra tlc I think they may have been a bit burned out from the previous job and as Bill stated the overwhelming response to the deal. I don't know that a child is best fit to do this job and probably not at all qualified to do it in the first place. Floors did not look to be mopped because if they were then it was poorly done as the same spots in front of my fridge were still there. Hanging lights were poorly dusted and overall it certainly could have been a much better job. Whether it was because they needed more time or more qualified staff I'm not sure. Would not use this service again

I was lucky to find a company that would start right away because the painters were starting the next day. My appointment was scheduled for that evening and they were going to start on the kitchen. Unfortunately the water had been turned off when the appliances were removed so the cleaning people (2) worked with what they had. They did a good job under the circumstances and the kitchen smelled nice when I was there the next day and looked much cleaner. The cleaning people were coming out another evening to finish the rest of the house. Why they couldn't come out during the daytime was not explained to me. But, I needed the job done because there were more workers coming in for other projects. We discussed what else I need cleaned via email and maybe by phone too. The second evening they cleaned was a disappointment. I'm not really sure what was cleaned. There were only 2 bathrooms to clean at this point because the one full bath was not accessible due to the wood floors being refinished in that bedroom. I couldn't tell if the other 2 bathrooms were cleaned nor could I see that the wood floors had been touched at all. I know they were there because they mentioned about the one bedroom being taped off. I paid the $185 for unlimited hours until the work was completed to my satisfaction. Why the service couldn't be scheduled for the daytime when I could have done a walk-through in the daylight I don't know. I truly am grateful that they were able to start the work so quickly but I feel the time and effort they spent finishing the job was not satisfactory.

The services offered were excellent. Mrs. Betty provided professonalism at all times and made us feel secure instepping out for a few moments while she offered us cleaning sevices at home. The level of trust is not just in the services offered but also in the level of conversations that its presented

It was an excellent experience. The garage floor and walls were cleaned thoroughly and all bins were organized on one side which made it easier to move out.

Betty Garcia did a great job when she cleaned my home. I haven't used her in a while because I've been doing my own cleaning. But if I needed someone to do it, I would definitely call her. The main thing I liked about her work is how incredibly detailed she is. She gets into every single corner, behind the doors, under the bed, moves things and cleans behind and above them. You literally feel like you can eat off the floors when she is done. I did not ever feel like she was rushing to get through the project. She took her time and did it right. It's a very small house so having it clean makes it so pleasant and uplifts my mood.

Excellent! Bill and Betty Garcia did a thorough job in cleaning my house: windows, walls, floors, baseboards, cabinets, appliances, sanitized bathroom and kitchen, and cleaned the carpets. They arrived on time, and when they were done, I couldn't believe how shiny and bright the place looked! I really appreciate their hard work, and plan to hire them again in 2017.

Awesome! Bill Garcia is professional and courteous. The work was performed above and beyond expectations! I actually had to hire him again to clean after a minor disaster (roof collapse) in July 2017, and he made my house spotless again! Baseboards, walls, floors, all cleaned very well. I am grateful for Clean Team Charlotte's reliable and thorough cleaning services.

Could not have asked for nicer people or better job. More time required to do what they agreed to do than they estimated, but they finished for the price quoted.
