Bill did a great job. He was punctual, nice, professional and the house looks clean! A little more attention to the hardwood/tile floors and shower floor would be my only feedback.

Excellent. Cleaning was superior to any I have had! Dusting tasks included polishing all wood surfaces to include cabinet doors. Fantastic service, prompt and complete!

It did not go at all. I had requested a certain date and he showed up at my apt on a Sat afternoon - not the date I requested - saying he was ready to clean. Not convenient at all for me at that time. Then he sent a cancellation notice saying he would not honor price or do the work. My credit card has been charged for $179.00 and I have filed a dispute.

It went extremely well. Although my home was relatively clean, it had been a while since a deep cleaning was done, and it made a huge difference. After scheduling the cleaning with Bill, he and Frank arrived on time in the morning, and proceeded to work throughout the day, probably 14 hours in total between the two of them. They did an extremely thorough job, in an extremely professional manner. As I mentioned above, the difference in my home, after the deep cleaning, is terrific. I have been doing the regular cleaning on my home myself, but after this experience with Clean Team, I intend to have them do some of the regular cleaning. I recommend this service, and this company.

Excellent thorough cleaning performed

Overall the result was not very good. In the areas he was able to complete there was still quite a bit of dust and the baseboards weren't touched...something I would expect to be included with a deep cleaning service.

Bill and his son Frank did an excellent job cleaning our house. They showed up on time in uniform and worked for over 5 hours. They cleaned everything we asked and even pointed out things (not related to cleaning) that they noticed that we need to attend to. Very personable and respectful of our property.

Very good job. Disappointed that I did not know refrigerator needed to be empty to be cleaned.

Bill was great! Very punctual in both communication and arrival. He texted me about 30 minutes before he arrived and when he did, went right to work. Our home was relatively clean and it truly is much cleaner now. I didn't realize how much cleaning it needed. Bill was extremely thorough and I don't think there is a spot that he didn't clean. Definitely recommend Clean Team CLT. VERY reasonably priced for the amount of work done and the time spent doing it.
