Bill was running a little late because his earlier job ran over but he kept me posted and then was at my apartment the scheduled time. Very cordial and professional.

Work performed should have been better. Floors not cleaned, beds not bad, things generally not tidied.

Team was very thorough with the cleaning, but ran out of time while attending to the areas that I had indicated were of higher priority. Would recommend they focus first on the customers priority areas and get to the other items later. Overall, did a very thorough and diligent job. Would hire again.

Just ok. They did the downstairs and did not do upstairs. I had to ask them to clean upstairs bathroom.

2 people, 4 hours. They did a very good job. However, my bill was increased by nearly 50% because my house was rated as extra dirty. My exception with this is that the job took no longer than my original price called for, and although the house had not been kept as clean as it should have been due to my wife's illness, we did eliminate the master bedroom from cleaning as my wife was in bed. There was dust buildup in a number of places, but it was pretty much surface dirt. We normally keep a very clean house but had gotten behind because of illness. 1100 sq ft house.

Bill, the main man, was a hard worker. He was very thorough in his cleaning. His assistant, who he split the job with, was not as efficient. He wandered about seemingly aimlessly at times. I'd recommend he get another assistant. I paid the initial $45 fee to Angie's List to reserve the service. I gave him $80+ for the cleaning and an additional $40 to compensate for 'deep cleaning'. Finally, I included a $40 tip because, frankly, I was impressed with Bill's work! All totaled, though, the job cost me around $200.

They came in on time, they are professional and detailed work, they are very good in what they do. i would highly recommend them, though i prefered ther're not to be over worked so i can continue to use their service. This is A rated business quality.

The package I purchased was not the best match for the kind of cleaning needed, but we agreed on a price that worked for both of us. Bill cleaned the areas I pointed out very well.
