 + -1 moreOverall the first time they came out was fine, however the spots that needed attention looked worse. I contacted them and they were willing to come out again to retreat the spots. After they cleaned the 2nd time, the areas looked 10 times worse than before they even touched the carpets. I contact them again... The owner offered to come out to take a look and see what he could do. When my wife called him to schedule a time he was rude and kept stating that the stains were our fault and not his companies. Extremely frustrated, my wife decided not to argue with him and ended the call. This company sucks along with the "customer service" DO NOT SCHEDULE SERVICE WITH THEM OR ELSE THEY MAY RUIN YOUR CARPETS
Description of Work: We had carpets cleaned in several rooms of our house. There were two rooms that had spots that needed extra cleaning.

 + -1 moreThey came on time. The guy was very friendly and he didn't linger. He came in and did his job. They gave me an estimate of three hours and he was under three hours. This was the first time they did cleaning for me. One of my neighbors recommended them to me.
Description of Work: They cleaned my whole house, total of nine rooms.
