I found them through a client. They are punctual and do a good job. I am pleased with them and have no complaints about them.

I decided to not use them because the problem went away on its own.

They just come out for the ants twice and year and the termites ones a year. I found them on Angie?s List and they had great reviews. I love them and I think they are great; I?m really happy with them.

They are on time every time. They are very respectful. They call to remind you that are you are scheduled. They are absolutely fantastic.

This company is very professional - the technician is extremely courteous. They call me as a reminder when it's time to schedule my quarterly visit, which I really like (I need the reminder). They use pellets or spray, depending on the weather, and they always try to target the areas where I know I have problems (like under the deck).

They were very responsive, nice, and gave us a guarantee for their work. They did quick and clean work and got rid of the ants. They were good, but we have decided not to use pest service anymore.

I have been using them for several years. They are a small family owned business. The service is very good. When I call them, they do their best to get to me in the next couple of days. They are very friendly and fair pricewise. When I had a bedbug problem in one of my properties, they got rid of them and I haven't had any complaints or problems since then. Their charges were much lower than what the other company quoted.

They came out once when we did have termites and they were reasonably priced. It is a family run business and the crew that came out was nice and it was comfortable having them around the house. They were professional, responsive and punctual.

I try to get a pest control treatment done on a regular basis to keep from getting bugs. This year I decided to try Angies List to see what companies were the best and I found Citywide and decided to give them a try. I was very happy with their service. He was prompt and cordial.

They are fine. The service is pretty basic. There is no hard sell. They don't try to sell you things you don't need. I don't have a termite contract with them and they have never tried to convince me to buy one. They will check once a year if I ask them. I have never had to call them back for special problems. They are careful with their spraying. They call and schedule at your convenience.

We had ants in our shower coming in through the walls. Robert was upfront from the start, telling us it may take more than one treatment. The man he sent, Dylan was very nice. They used organic materials (a concern because of my young children), explained everything he was doing and what to watch for. Robert called a few weeks later to check on the ants. Worked with our schedule and came back when it was good for us. Sent back Dylan who checked the attic and all around to find the source of the problem. They are in our insulation. They also found possible termite damage, but did not do a hard sell for that, which was appreciated. So, when that has to be repaired we will be using them again.

I hired this company three years ago after purchasing my 75 year old home, in which there were predictably large numbers of ants, roaches, insects, etc. I didn't really expect to ever get rid of the pests but did want to try to maintain some control. I really lucked out! These folks are great. They are knowledgeable and friendly, very sensitive to personal health issues, my pet's health and general environmental friendliness. They always discuss any concerns, tell me what it is (what I may think is a roach may in fact be a very different varmint) and offer the safest, least invasive alternatives as well as recommendations. They call me quarterly for a friendly, unpressured reminder, schedule the calls at my convenience and are always prompt! I rarely see pests any longer and if I do, between the quarterly services, they quickly come and take care of it without an extra charge. They also take care of rodent and insect problems in the yard, under the house and in the attic!

Perfect - just as I had hoped. He was in and out in less than an hour and the price was reasonable.

It is all family owned. All his sons come out and know them by now. It's so nice to have someone at my home that I don't have to worry about. They are professional, friendly, and polite.

It was excellent. He was a very nice gentleman. He went over the inside and outside of the house and offered good tips.

Initially, I played phone tag with Robert to try to get an appt but decided to wait for them to call me back because I had looked around for a pretty reputable company and didn't want just a "fly-by-night" company to come out. Obviously, I want this problem taken care of ASAP though as I've never had a problem like this in the past. Robert gave me a quote of $100 over the phone and got me an appt for about a week after my initial call. He sent his future son-in-law out at our scheduled appt time. He was very knowledgeable and polite and did a good job while he was here. He knew I had the "heebie-jeebies" with this problem I had and told me of the contract that they offered with their monthly charges (if needed) and their quarterly charges - again, if needed. I was more interested in getting the problem taken care of YESTERDAY. He verbally told me that if I didn't immediately start seeing the roaches start dieing off that they would come back "free of charge" (and I quote) within a week or two and spray again and that it would still be a good idea to get on their monthly or quarterly contract. Although the contract didn't state that, I thought it was VERY nice of him to state that and thought nothing of having him put it in writing (I thought he would honor his word). Well, I guess that wasn't good enough because when I called a week later to ask him to return and spray again, Robert's wife adamantly stated that she didn't know why he would say such a thing as they don't do that type of stuff and never does their contract state that. None-the-less, I don't use their services anymore. Ironically, they called to set up an appt for an appt for me and I guess forgot how unhappy I was with my first visit. I know they'll write and state that this wasn't in the contract but to me, a contract is a contract - be it verbal or written. He stated he'd come out and that's what I expected to happen. There was no "I'm sorry this happened to you" or anything. No call back from the owner - nothing. To me that is very unprofessional. I'm a business owner myself and I'd honor that for my customers. After all, that's what keeps my business alive - the customers.

It had been 5 years since I had the house inspected for termites and thought it was time to have it done again. I called City Wide Exterminating. All went well from start to finish.

I called late in the afternoon, in a panic because a giant carpenter bee was eating my deck and trying to set up housekeeping. (I am allergic to bees). He came the next morning, early, did a VERY thorough inspection, sprayed for bugs and on top of that he noticed that my gutters were blocked in a few places; he took care of that at no charge. Great service!!

We have used City-Wide since May of 2003 when we first hired them to perform a termite treatment (we had terminates in an out wood building). They also laid a moisture barrier for us in the crawl space under our home. We have had them back each May to perform the annual inspection.
