City Air Experts

Had my upstairs Airconditioning fixed on 6/27/2022 for $1,607. The upstairs Airconditioning has not been cooling since the fix. Have been calling City Air to come and look at my issue but it has not been successful. Will need to look for another Airconditioning tech to come and relook at my issue. Customer service is non-existent with City Air Experts!

The entire process was quick and easy. I requested an estimate and they responded right away. We scheduled installation for the next week and the workers were on time, friendly and professional. They installed a new unit in our attic and replaced all the duct work. I have already asked them to come back when my downstairs unit needs to be replaced!

I've used them numerous times, and I've used them on my rental houses, and I've used them for my clients. There are two guys, Rafael and Roger, and completely trustworthy. I have used them many times over the years. It just seems like when I listen to your other people talking about their air conditioning, air conditioning companies seem to be something that people that I know have trouble with.

Excellent. I was surprised that they got it done in just a few hours. When I called home to ask my wife how it was going early in the afternoon she said it was already cooling which was unexpected since there was a good bit of work to get the old furnace and duct work out of the way in the crawl space. They provide a temporary power supply using the power supply to the old AC unit to get it up and running as fast as possible. The Electrician showed up the next day and took about 45 minutes to put in the permanent power supply and finish the final code work. The cost was exactly the estimate and the work was performed fast. They had kept my old unit running for 4 years longer than I thought it could run by fixing it every summer. If they tell you its not worth fixing or its time to replace you can be sure they are not just trying to replace fixable equipment.

Called in morning and technician arrived by late morning. Very professional and friendly. Checked out the unit that had the problem and discovered that we were low on Freon. Added Freon to that system, then cleaned the unit and checked added Freon and cleaned our second unit also. He then made sure that everything was working properly, checked and tested our thermostats, cleaned up after himself and explained everything to us. I would recommend them to anyone and use them again.

I was very pleased with the work that was performed. Roger had the part on hand and quickly made the repair. He also checked the coolant level which was fine. I was pleased that he came out the same day we called and I was happy with the price that was charged. While he was here a neighbor came over who was also having problems with his A/C. The neighbor had called a company that had came out but needed to come back to complete the repair. He asked if Roger could come over and look at his unit which Roger said he would be glad to do. I will use this company again.
