The only reason I gave this company a fair marking in the responsiveness department was because after purchasing the deal I was told that the company would contact me soon for an appointment, unfortunately that did not happen and I ended up contracting them a month or so later. Although when I did call my job was scheduled fast and the quality was superb as was the professionalism, knowledge and kindness.

The 2 were very professional, prompt, and easy to schedule. There work was perfect.

This is the second time I've hired CHS and would hire them to do more painting. They were punctual and very professional. They did a great job of putting everything back where it was and cleaning up. The rooms look wonderful.

They're great people who I completely trust. They do a great job, are always on time, and are very ethical people who work very hard. You can definitely tell that they want their customers to be happy.

The deal was for 8 hours for one painter or four hours for two painters. It's a father and son team so they come as a pair. Two people in a small space is not very productive and in my mind was a waste of some of the time. Therefore it was a challenge for them to get finished in four hours resulting in missing a lot of areas. They were happy to come back and touch up but I feel like that wasted their time and mine! Other than they were a delight to work with!

They showed up when expected and came ready to go. I had them paint two rooms of the house and they did an excellent job. I will be using them again.

Carlos and Cesar were exceptional ! I do not need to give details except to state if you need inside painting ( although we are considering calling them back for some outside cleaning ) these are your guys !!

This experience was excellent! Three gentlemen (father and his 2 sons) showed up on time to provide painting services. Each gentlemen introduced himself after which we confirmed the job to be done. I had already moved all of the furniture, but they carefully removed the draperies and outlet covers. They were very careful with my furniture and belongings, covering everything with plastic even though it was well out of the way. Floor was covered with drop cloths. Carlos, Caeser and Carlos were polite, professional and careful with my belongings throughout the 4-4 1/2 hours they were in my home. They did a beautiful job! I am very particular and have high expectations. CHS not only met, but exceeded my expectations for this job. I will definitely hire them again!

They did a great job. Very fast, in 2 days, which I greatly appreciated as I work out of my home. They were happy to corrrect 2 squigly lines and so couldn't have been more pleased.

It went very well. I didn't have to pay any more. They showed up on time, they did a very good job, they did exactly what I asked them to do. It actually took shorter the amount of time I paid for, but they did inquire as to if there was anything else they could do in the time that was left over. At that point in time I wasn't prepared for them to do anything else. That was just because we not being able to judge the amount of time that it took them to accomplish the work that I had assigned. About a week or so after, I looked at the paint job that they did. They did exactly what I asked them to, they painted the risers on my steps, however, there were some nail holes and some irregularities in the wood for them to bring that up, I would think that they would have gone ahead and fixed the wood, whether it was wood putty or whatever so that it would be extremely smooth. I would use them again and I would just mention to them things like that to improve.

Very well! It was a pleasure doing business with them. Very responsive, timely, and focused.

Really good. They came in and did a really nice job. They were a few minutes late and he didn't really speak English. He had a young son there to translate for him. They were running a few minutes late and I couldn't get a hold of them. I may or may not use them again. I really don't know because it was a good price. But I would probably shop around before I do anything, before I make a decision.

CHS gave us a very clear fair estimate of the costs for different scopes of work that let us make the choice we could afford. They arranged to pick up the paint (not included in the price, which we knew) and got us the builder's discount, which we appreciated. They came on time, were clean and did a very good job. I will definitely hire them again!

Painter for 4 hours was the deal. It was charged on my credit card. No one show up at the appointed time. I called Angie's List and they refunded the money.

GREAT! THE CREW WAS VERY FRIENDLY, AND THE WORK DONE WAS PERFECT.

Was a little difficult at first to get in touch with them to get the date scheduled, but once we made contact it was only two business days before they were able to come. Showed up when promised, worked diligently and got all three rooms done and they looked great. Very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely hire again!

Great. They were in and out. Covered everything thoroughly and clean up very well once they were finished.

Left messages, vmail and email, with no response. They could have called to let me know if they were fully booked, vs not reaching out at all.
