Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in three rooms and applied stain protective. They were very competent and did an excellent job. Carpet looks great. People doing job were on time and very polite. After the job was completed the company called to make sure we were satisfied.

 + -1 moreAnthony was prompt, courteous and was a straight shooter about which stains will probably come out and which ones might not. He gave a written quote on the spot, and explained the options available. I used the 10% off coupon I printed from their website. When he finished, the carpets looked great and nearly all of the stains were gone. The house did smell like the cleaning solution, but was not unpleasant. I left the house for two days. When I came back, the dog odor was back. I called the company to complain, and they were still pleasant to deal with. They agreed to send Anthony back out, at their expense, to re-treat the odor issue downstairs. Again, everything was pleasant when he left, but two days later, it was back again, but not quite as strong. All-in-all, they were a very professional company to deal with and the carpets do look great. For normal cleanings, I can highly recommend D.C. Chem-Dry. For pet odor removal, I have to strongly suggest trying elsewhere.
Description of Work: They cleaned the carpets in three bedrooms, the hallway upstairs, living room, dining room downstairs and the stairs themselves. The house has empty since it was newly purchased. The carpet was the original builder installed carpet, and was about two and a half years old. Previous owners had pets and there were obvious stains from dog urine and red clay. There were also some stains of unknown origin throughout the house. D.C. Chem-Dry also applied Hydrocide and Purt to remove the pet stains throughout the house and the strong odor downstairs. Appointment was set for the day following my phone call.
