Description of Work: We used Charlotte Roofing for an inspection of the roof of a house we wanted to buy. They were very professional and honest. The report was detailed and let us and the sellers know what was needed. We will gladdly use their services again!

Description of Work: Charlotte Roofing Specialists was one of three companies I contacted for an estimate to repair or replace my hail damaged roof. Although I did not use this company, the owner, David Sammons, was prompt in his arrival, spent a considerable amount of time on the roof and in the attic and was completely thorough in his inspection. He was polite, professional and seemed quite knowledgeable about his craft. He emailed his estimate on 5/30 and followed up by phone as well. He also offered to respond with the insurance representative if I chose him for the work.
