It went great, David had two of his employees out a few days after the quote and they took care of everything and cleaned up properly. Owner is really personable I would definitely recommend.

David was always quick to react to any questions. He was very easy to deal with. Everything was schedule for our convenience and all the work was done as scheduled. The crew was extremely careful and did an excellent job of cleaning up after the new roof was installed. They installed a ridge vent which we did not have on the house before and the attic is already cooler. I should have done this 5 years ago. David was very thorough with his follow up after the job and did his own inspection of the clean up and condition of the property after the crew was done. I would highly recommend Charlotte Roofing Specialists to anyone who want's an expert and careful installation job.

David Sammons' team arrived as scheduled and went right to work. They put tarps over the plants and fed the tarps to the driveway to protect the windows. They had a funnel (1 story house) to the dumpster to clear the old shingle from the roof. The team is amazing! When I got home the roof looked spectacular. And, so did the ground level. There were not enough remnants on the ground to fill a sandwich bag. CFS cleaned the yard and driveway up just as spectacularly as the yard service. My neighbors have stopped by and told me how spectacular my roof looks. And, the roof satellite for my TV was aligned and did not require a service call. Every step of the way ? from fixing the leak to replacing the roof, David Sammons could not have provided more exceptional service. He always looks at the project from the homeowner?s perspective from the work that needs to be done and why to selecting the shingle to delivering the completed job and the day after inspection of the work done. I received a lot of cautions from friends who had disappointing roofing installs prior to my experience with Charlotte Roofing Specialists. I cannot tell people enough how terrific CFS has been and how they should be a homeowner?s first choice if they need a roof.

They were extremely professional. Jim Howell was very detail oriented in analyzing the roof and finding the issues. He was an excellent communicator. The roofing crew was excellent. Everything was delivered and installed as promised. The owner, David, came out to personally inspect the job upon completion. The premises were cleaned up thoroughly. They were very helpful dealing with the insurance comany, and also helped me file for a rebate from GAF Shingle Company.

The problem initiated over the holidays. David Sammons, the owner, made himself available by phone even though it was family time. He came out as scheduled and performed a thorough assessment. He took pictures of the problem areas of the roof and walked me though both the short term and long term needs using the pictures and educated me so that I made a knowledgeable decision of what to do. David was very thorough and answered all of my questions. He scheduled his team and was present to ensure that his suspicions of the leak's location were accurate. Very nice touch! His team was timely in performing the repair. They cleaned up quite thoroughly. David will schedule the full roof replacement adapting to my schedule. I am very confident that of the four companies I had assess the problem, David and his team are an excellent choice. He was competitive in pricing and product selection and based on the repair work, will do a great job on the full roof replacement.

Southern Home Services did a poor patching job on our roof, and after a hard rain, the roof still leaked. SHS did not return my calls, so I called Charlotte Roofing. David Sammonds came out, examined the roof, and gave us a good price. His crew did a wonderful job, and cleaned up everything afterward. A few days later David called again to be sure we were satisfied.. "A" rating on everything.

Job was well run and David reviewed are work to be sure it meet orignal specifications.

The owner was prompt and professional from start to finish. The price was very reasonable. The owner was responsive to phone calls and emails and made us feel at ease with the process. Everyone was nice and they arrived on-time and did a great job on our roof. They cleaned up the area VERY well. I would definitely hire this company again

David was prompt, professional, educated, and well dressed. Within 24 hours, David arrived to my home for the roof inspection. David inspected the roof and confirmed there was no damage to the home's old red shingled retro roof. He was very honest on his assessment-not the kind of roofer that looks for any opportunity for an insurance claim. He even complemented the previous work, stating that the roof had been installed properly. He obviously is looking to establish a long term durable business through honesty and professionalism-not a fly by night company. We will use him in the future when we upgrade to a designer style roof.

They took great care to protect shrubs around the house as they removed the old roof. David made on-site visits daily to check on progress & answer any questions that I might have. Clean-up was excellent.

This was the third disaster of my year. David came in and made everything about getting my roof replaced easy . I just wished dealing with the bank had been easier.

David Sammons with Charlotte Roofing made the entire "new roof" experience very easy and wowed us with the professional experience. He came out quickly to give an estimate, and after we received several other quotes - his was the best price using the same exact materials and higher end copper for the chimney flashing. His crew was able to start the work within a week's time. Prior to the work starting, David sealed off our attic space with plastic wrap, which protected all of our belongings. After the work was completed, he removed the plastic and cleaned the attic. Most people don't know that attics get extremely dirty when a roof is replaced, and he was proactive in this while other companies did not mention this at all. David's crew worked extremely hard, was courteous, and cleaned up meticulously around the yard - picking up nails, etc. We couldn't even tell work had been done based on our clean our yard was after the work! We were also concerned about the color of our new roof, and deciding between several options was difficult. David gave us a recommendation on the color and it was the perfect choice for our house. We have already gotten David to quote another job on a rental house we own, as the quality, price, and overall experience for our own house could not have been better. We would recommend Charlotte Roofing without hesitation.
