Everything went great. My roof looks like new.

My 12 year old roof was showing mold on the North and West sides. Mark responded the same day and scheduled my appointment. Came out and treated the areas. Had a couple of very dark areas that needed a second application a few days later. Couldn't be happier than the way my roof looks. Thanks, Mark!

Had black mold on many areas of my roof the faced north & west. The house is a three story house with a many angled roof. Mark and his son did a great job cleaning the roof and cleaning up after themselves. The 12 year roof looks nice and new. They didn't use any power washing equipment.

I called Mark for an estimate and he said he would be able to do it within 2-3 days. He called me back later that day and said he had some time open up in his schedule, and he could be at my house within the hour. He arrived about 35 mins later to measure my roof. He provided me with what I thought was a fair estimate, and said he would email me the official estimate by the end of the day. I received the estimate a few hours later. He even called the next day to confirm that I received his email. He performed the work a day later. I'm new to the Charlotte area, and Mark is one of the only service providers that I have worked with that was punctual, overcommunicated, and acted like he wanted my business. I would definitely recommend Mark and Charlotte Roof Cleaning.

I did some research and found Charlotte Roof Cleaning. I called and the proprietor, Mark Sprouse, came out the next day. He explained how his cleaning process works and provided an extremely reasonable price for the roof stain. I also learned that he could do other exterior house cleaning, so I also asked for a price for cleaning the face of my gutters and the soffit area and again, it was most reasonable. I agreed to the price and work, and as soon as temperatures warmed a bit, he returned for the work. The results were amazing! I was very pleased and would whole-heartedly recommend him to anyone with exterior stains on their roof or house.

The company was prompt in responding to my calls and giving an estimate. I was given a copy of their insurance and a technical bulletin explaining the process and chemicals to be used. They arrived 30 minutes late due to construction on the roadway; they did call me and warn me they would be late. The process they use is non-pressure, which is better for the surfaces cleaned. When they arrived, they immediately set up protection for my plants. They captured the chemicals coming off of the shingles, bagged them, and hauled it off for proper disposal. The price seemed very fair, Very pleasant and professional.

Mark went to the house and determined that the gutters could not be cleaned and needed to be repainted. He went out of his way to look at this small job and did not charge me for his time. This is why I use him again and again on all of my renovations. As an investor, having someone like Mark on the team is invaluable.

Mark did a great job. Our roof looks much better. Be doesn't powerwash the roof. Instead they use a weak chemical solution that is basically gently hosed on to the shingles. Streaks and stains were gone quickly. I was a bit worried about landscaping around house but they were careful with them. Mark came out over a month ago and our plants are doing great. He also powerwashed our vinyl siding. All looks great. Nice guy as well. Highly recommended.

Mark and his son did a great job cleaning our roof. Mark charges on a square foot basis so he only charged for the area cleaned (the roof that faces North). The roof looks new and we will hire Mark again the next time the roof needs to be cleaned.

Well basically, Charlotte Roof Cleaning saved me $4000. Once they cleaned the roof, it looked almost brand new so I did not need to replace it. Also I appreciated the fact that Mark was in constant contact letting me know everything that was going on. He even walked me through the process and let me know what to expect. They are getting ready to do another job for me in Rock Hill as I type this.

Mark came out and did an awesome job cleaning our roof. One of the biggest things I liked about what is included with the service is they bag your gutters and collect the cleaning fluids that run off your roof and dispose of them properly. I was concerned with other companies that did not offer this because i did not want any chemical in our yard where our dogs could get into them. Our roof looks like new and the outside of the chimneys were also cleaned which added to the clean look of the house!!

Mark was very responsive and came out quickly to give me a cleaning estimate. Mark said he usually treats the roof and then rain will wash off any remaining residue over time, but we were having an open house that weekend, so he came back the day after he treated our roof to spray it down and get it looking good. I don't know if it was all the roof, but we got an offer on our house after that open house and I think having the roof look so good played at least a small role in that success. I would hire Mark again and recommend him to anyone.
