I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I HAD A NEW TRASH COMPACTOR INSTALLED AND THE GUEST BATHROOM TUB REPAIRED. THE REPAIR GUY CROSSED UP MY HOT AND COLD VALVES IN MY GUEST BATHROOM. SO NOW WHEN MY GUEST USES THE SHOWER, THE HOT WATER IS IN THE PLACE OF THE COLD WATER VALVE. WHEN I CALLED TO HAVE IT CORRECTED. I WAS TOLD WE WILL HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER $90 FEE FOR HIM TO RETURN.

I got a ridiculously high price and when I said I would not proceed, I got an email back saying I should have a valve installed because my water pressure is high (I also called and talked to them about this). Without my permission, knowledge, or presence, these people were on my property and took pictures of my water meter—which I am fully aware can be manipulated—and gave me a quote of over $600 to fix!!! Ummm, I did not ask them anything about looking at my water pressure, and I had just had a home inspection and there were no issues with the water pressure! How dare these people come on my property and do anything without my knowledge, presence or authorization and then tell me I need to spend over $600 to fix it because I risk future costly repairs??!!! I asked them to give me a quote for fixtures and dishwasher installation!! I would venture to say my meter was manipulated and this was a ploy to get money from me! I will file a complaint! I would say this company is NOT reputable, is unprofessional, untrustworthy, and unethical, and I strongly urge people to NOT use them!

Great job. We have had other plumbers try to help with this major issues and they FIXED it. Very reasonable service charge and quick scheduling...and prompt for our appointment. Very happy with their service.

This company was contacted for a quote on a tub to shower conversion. The people on the phone are very nice and they scheduled someone to come out and give me an estimate. The person they sent left a very bad first impression. I new more about showers and remodels than he did. He did send me a quote that was full of exclusions and it was for the wrong size shower. I would not trust that person to touch anything in my house. Hopefully he is not an indication of how all their plumbers are.

awesome. they were very responsive, on time, came back two days later and replaced the pump. they were a thousand dollars cheaper than the other company and worked around my crazy work schedule.
