Vendor didn't respond to my purchase of a Big Deal for $1299.

Never set up an appointment even though I had a bigger job I needed a quote on.

He initially reached out promptly to find a good time to come out and also provided some information. I then called back and left a couple phone messages which were not returned. He eventually emailed us to apologize and said he would follow up with a call but has not bothered to follow up in any manner since then.

I purchased a painting offer that I would like to get refunded. It is offer code "Painting-1164833-1" that i purchased on March 24th. The contractor was supposed to call me, but only has sent a message saying that he "scheduled me for April 28th". That was yesterday, and he did not show up - even though I asked him to call me to discuss details of the job, including possible extra work. Could you please refund my money for this? The service was great. Very responsive to all my emails and phone calls. Great group of painters. Very clean and tidy. Good price and fast completion. I even changed the color mid way through and they were very agreeable. I would definitely use Charlotte Painting and Carpentry again

They did did beautiful work. They patched the drywall and painted it so that you couldn't tell it had ever been torn out. The price was very reasonable and extremely pleased.

He told me he would send me an estimate by the end of the next week. Tried calling multiple times, leaving messages and he never returned my call.

Everything was ok. Not awesome. There were some things that I had to ask the painter to go back and fix and I keep finding more. This provider did allow for me to pay for everything at the end as long as I bought the paint which was a major plus but the price is high for the amount of mistakes. Some things were taken apart to paint and not ever put back together. Also, they power washed my deck, and I didn't ask them too and it looks worse than before.

CPC painted the exterior of our house in addition to doing repair to various damaged pieces of siding. CPC was professional, on time and really did a fantastic job. I changed the color of the house and they did a terrific job making it look like a new house. They cleaned up everyday and made sure I liked everything. Sam - the Owner was great to work with and was very responsive. He also gave us an excellent price. I will use this company again for sure!

Great. The guys were on time, called ahead and worked fast. They did excellent work. I will definitely use them again.

It was fine. I got my moneys worth. The owner’s communication wasn’t the best. I purchased 2 bd and painted two rooms. There were 2 painters. I usually do my own painting.

Received an email on March 27th that he would contact me via phone to setup the service. After a week we still did not receive a phone call. Found a different provider that would do the work we needed.

I got Sam the owners company info off Angie's List and called him for a quote. He called me back within one hour and came out to my home that afternoon to look at the job. He then rearranged some other work to accommodate me and painted the rooms within three days. Sam and his crew did an excellent job and were very neat and professional and cleaned up when they were through. I would highly recommend Charlotte Painters to anyone who wants a great paint job at a reasonable price.

It only took a day to do. We asked that they matched the stain that we already had.We were very happy with the result. They had super custoemer service - they missed a few spots and I called them. They came back out and fixed those spots.

I called several painters to get estimates to paint my house. I called this company and left several messages with no response. I received 2 other estimates and then I saw their add for the whole house paint for $1499.00. I thought I would try again and still no response. I would never rely on a company that doesn't even have the professionalism to return phone calls. I will never use his services.

I have called the provider to get work scheduled and he was very nice and understanding of my situation. We are still working together and trying to get some work done.

They were actually very good. They were very oriented. The crew cleaned up after they were done. They asked for a broom. In my opinion, they went above and beyond their job.

Sam and his staff were very professional and the work was awesome!!! No mess left behind at all and everything was done as we envisioned. They even started the job a day EARLY!!! We will definitely be callin Sam and his team again !!!

Sam came out and gave us an estimate for the work and then scheduled the job on our requested days. The crew showed up on time and worked for about 10 hours the first day and even longer the second day. We were out of town during the work and had no problem leaving the professional crew in our home. The job is awesome and they were very clean. We would use them again without hesitation.
