Description of Work: The painting went great. Only issues I had with paintwork is they did not sand trim prior to painting. I had requested oil paint and they used a "hybrid" which was not what we agreed to or contracted for. Still have some orange peel look. All workers were professional and courteous | |The reason I would not use again is he did a horrendous job on carpentry work. This is a separate crew, so as to the paint work overall I am pleased. |Do not hire these people for any carpentry, not even moulding. They do not know what a" miter" edge is and we have to tear down our coffered ceiling and start over.

Description of Work: Painted an awkward hallway as well as living room. For the second room, they painted the combination kitchen/dining area. I supplied the paint although I had to guess the amount of paint to buy. No communication on this issue nor did they come by to check the square footage of the rooms. Two people arrived and went to work quickly covering floors, moving appliances, taping baseboards etc. the final product was very good. Very satisfied. The job was performed in the time they said.

Description of Work: Painted our shutters. The job went well, but the owner is extremely unprofessional. He made several commitments to contact me, but never followed through. I actually began the process of canceling the purchase, but agreed to give the owner a 3rd chance.

Description of Work: I contacted this company to obtain a quote on getting the exterior of my house painted. I received an e-mail back saying they would contact me, but I never heard any more back from them. I have selected a painter from the ones that were very responsive.

Description of Work: He did nothing. I prepaid for service 2 weeks ago. He contacted me 2 days later, said he would get in touch with me. Never has. I sent him another message last week that has still not been responded too. I see this has happened in the past with this person, I should've known better. Can't believe people work/behave like this, so unprofessional. Will be expecting a full refund.

Description of Work: We bought Sam's deal of $335 for two painters for a day and ended up using him for several other projects. Sam was always prompt, professional and courteous (and so were his men). They did a couple of fairly major ceiling repairs and then repainted ceiling in kitchen, hall & great room for us. Our crown moulding is wood ... there was not 1 splash of paint on that moulding. Excellent job. They also painted our new out-building (or shed as we Southerner's say). There was a slight misunderstanding about color choice ... but Sam immediately had his guys re-do and it is now exactly what we wanted and looks fantastic. We tried to pay extra ... but he would not hear of it. They also pressure washed and painted our entire deck and we could not be happier. I highly recommend Sam Soares and his team. We plan to have them paint or stain our new privacy fence. Sam inquired as to how new it was ... then he told me we should hold off on that project until it had been up for 6 months so it wouldn't blister etc. So we are waiting to mid-May & then give him a call-back. He is very knowledgeable, extremely polite and he is a pleasure to work with ... great guy. The prices he quoted (we thought were extremely reasonable), and he never went over budget or told us that there were extra charges needed. You can't go wrong using them and we will use them again soon.

Description of Work: After purchasing the special, got a call to discuss the project. They have CALLED ahead when they would be here. Painted Bedroom, Bathroom, Entry Door, Window shutters and about 350' of crown moldings.

Description of Work: I am a landlord. They painted the interior of a brick ranch built in the 60's after a tenant who had been there 5 plus years. The tenant had smoked in one room - a lot ! The walls, ceiling, doors and ceiling fan were coated with nicotine and smoke. I feared it would never be "clean" again. They did an amazing job ! You would NEVER know anyone ever smoked in that room. The kitchen has rear wood original cabinets. They had never been refinished. His team did a light sanding and it removed years of use, dirt and grime. We are so very pleased and would encourage you to use this company, because we would again ! Great Work !

Description of Work: They painted five rooms (kitchen,dining room,living room, guest bathroom, and foyer) in our condo.. I bought the paint and they provided everything else. They painted ceiling, walls, and trim. Very professional and responsive to my requests. I highly recommend this company for interior painting based upon my experience. In fact, i am scheduling them to return to paint my kitchen cabinets, master bedroom and bathroom.
