Sam was the only painter I had come over to give me an estimate and I saw from interacting with him that his high marks on Angie's seemed well-earned. The job he and his crew did confirmed just that. The home is empty right now, so Sam was able to give me a price break for that, and also gave me a price reduction for removing the shelving, blinds and fixtures myself. I later realized there were several blinds, shelves, and fixtures I missed and Sam just took care of them anyway. He never even brought it up. They did a great job of protecting the flooring and the little furniture I have in there. I asked him to do basically a "clean up" job on the paint. I was not looking for perfection, just for it to look good, but it looks great! The difference compared to before is outstanding. Sam was very responsive to the several questions and priority items I asked him for. He doors and certain trim areas were really chewed up by pets and thy were able to make that look very good. They re-did the bath and kitchen caulk sealant strips and it all looks much cleaner. He also completely re-did some not very good drywall repairs I had attempted in one room, and made them look far better than I had. I had told Sam that i was not in a tremendous rush, but that I would like to keep the projects moving. We scheduled a start date, but some of his guys had either a family emergency or got sick. Instead of calling to tell me they wouldn't be able to start on time, I found Sam there in the evenings and on the weekends by himself, just to keep the job on track. In the end, I met Sam to pay him and ended up accidentally writing him a check for the full amount instead of just the balance. He called me a few minutes later to let me know (of course, he kid me about the error), but I was again grateful for his integrity. I highly recommend them.

It went excellently. Sam came out two weeks before the start date to walk the area, talk to me about what I wanted done, and to give me an estimate. The painters arrived at the exact time and date he stated. They worked from 8 am to 6 pm and got the prep, prime and first coat done the first day. They came back the next day at the exact time stated. They applied the additional coats. They cleaned up beautifully and left. Their work was great. The rooms look wonderful. Sam also came out to walk the job before they left and to ensure I was pleased with the results. I was definitely pleased. I will use them again.

I called Sam to give us an estimate for painting our storage room. He called me back that same afternoon and was flexible enough to squeeze in a trip to our house late that same afternoon, which I appreciated. Our storage room has never been painted before, so we both agreed a layer of primer should be applied first and followed by 2 coats of paint. After measuring, Sam gave me an estimate of $650 for painting job our 8?x12? storage room. He explained to me that his men would need to take two trips to our house: first trip for primer and a second trip for 2 coats of paint. This was actually our second estimate. The first estimate from a painting company (located much further away from us than Sam?s company) was only $160 for the same project. I am confused by the $490 variance charged by Sam?s company.

He was prompt, polite and very careful about cleanup. Overall it was a very good experience. I would recommend them highly.

I purchased 2 big deals of one room painted for $99. I called and was given the first available appointment for June 24th. They arrived on time, began work immediately, did a great job and cleaned up nicely afterword. They were very nice, professional and polite. The owner called me later that day to ensure I was happy and that everything had gone well. It was a great experience and I would use them again for any additional painting needs in the future.

I purchased the $1299 "Big Deal" for house painting, knowing that I would have to pay more because of the size of my house. Sam gave us a good price, but in the end, it was too much and we couldn't have the house painted.

Love this company. I contacted owner Sam to inquire whether the Big Deal ($1299 for exterior house painting) would include brick. He came right over to look at the house, and explained that the pricing would be a little more because it is brick. I was waiting for the exterior siding to be replaced (split-level with siding and brick exterior), so Sam kindly accepted a deposit to hold the pricing until the siding was completed. Then the monsoon season started..... Once the siding was installed, Sam and I agreed on a date to begin the painting. The crew showed up right on time, took great care of the fixtures, foliage, and other surfaces (even pulled back my mulch to keep it clean). They did a fantastic job - matched the siding color beautifully - and left my home neat and tidy. I would definitely use this company again. It took two calls and 10 days for Sam to call me back the first time, but after that everything went well. He was clear about the extra charge for higher quality paint and changing the current colors. They showed up when he said they would and did a nice job. It took one day for pressure washing/prep and two days for the painting. They even pressure washed the deck and patio which they weren't painting. They prepped everything well, protecting the light fixtures and door hardware. The finish is nice and smooth, and the edges are clean (no overspray or sloppiness anywhere). There was no mess after they left except a few tiny bits of tape on the ground. Our house looks great!

I last use them May 30th. I did pay them a extra amount because towards the end our boss showed up to try to help them out to finish the project and at the end when they left he's like, oh yeah you owe me for my extra time. I wanted them to come out and paint our car port. I talked to them in advance in purchasing the coupon to make sure they do that they said yes, no problem. I assumed they were going to paint the car port like most parts doing a spray job. They did not do that, they painted it all by hand and only finished half the job and did not do the parts that I physically asked them to complete when they realized that they were not gonna get it done in 16 hours. They just paint on my foundation which I had to clean up and repaint. I'm not happy at all with them. They all did the easy part.

I had bought a Groupon Deal for $99/room painting. There was extra charge for trim. Work was done very well and they were pleasant to work with. I would use them again.

They arrived on time and were very professional. I knew that I would owe them more than the price I paid but when he doubled the price I was a little surprised. I had not measured the rooms, so I didn't feel like I could argue.

Sam came out and gave me an estimate for any additional work. He was very professional and courteous. I did have to reschedule and he was always prompt. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel the deal. I would contact them in the future.

I bought an Angie's List deal that was supposed to be for one interior room. Before I bought it I asked if it could be used for the porch and we agreed to wait until warmer weather to use the deal. When the time came, the guys were super punctual arriving at 8 am on the dot. They did a great job and I would definitely use them again.

After purchasing the Angie's List big deal, the owner promptly contacted me and set up a time to go over work to be performed. A quote was also given for additional work and found to be very reasonable. A time was set up for work to be done in near future.

Sam was great at keeping us in the loop and ensuring quality and satisfaction with the services rendered! The workers did a great job with the pressure washing, painting, and carpentry work that we had around the house. Sam made sure our minor concerns with a few touch up items were satisfied during the walk through, but those were very few as the company did a great job in sprucing up our home. Would definitely use again and recommend to others in need of this type of work. Thanks!!

I have used Sam and his team a couple of times in the past month the first time was to paint my downstairs. I found Sam on Angies list and had him come out and get an estimate. Sam arrived and was very nice we talked about what I wanted to have done. I needed them to paint the living room, dining room, bathroom, laundry room, and the ceiling of my great room. Same took measurements and asked me what type of colors that I wanted and shortly after gave me a quote. Sam gave me a price of 1180 and in a few days I had called them and scheduled to get started. Sam and I agreed on the when to get started. On the day of the scheduled day Sam and his team arrived right on time at 8:30 and started to work. Sam sanded the wall and fixed cracks and nail holes. Plastic was put on everything to prevent paint and furniture was moved. The painting was done on time and looks great. In fact a couple of weeks later I had Sam and his team do the outside of my house.

I had used Sam's team a couple of weeks earlier and wanted to use him to do the exterior of my house. I had spoken with Sam about doing the outside of my house after he had finished doing my interior. We setup a tentative schedule weather permitting and was told that in a few weeks we could probably get started. Sam was actually able to get started earlier. One day Sam called and asked if they could come out and start pressure washing. I was very happy that it was actually happening sooner than expected. I told Sam sure and within 30 mins someone was there starting on my house. Not only did they pressure wash my house and fence they also did the driveway and sidewalk which was great. I had been wanting to have those done as well but did not expect them to be done by Sam. The next few days there was bad weather so nothing could be done. Sam called a few days later and the rest of the work was scheduled. The crew arrived quickly and went to work, the pressure washing had actually revealed more bad wood then I had originally thought but that was not a problem. Sam and his crew got all the bad wood on cost and on time. The fence which I was worried may have been left to the elements for too long now looks fantastic. I am really happy with it and will gladly recommend Sam and his team.

Showed up on time for estimate. Promised to be at my home on Monday at 8:30 and was in time. Workers started work immediately. They completed 2 coats of paint in every room & light spackling. They finished in 1 day. Did & excellent job, no messes & cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely hire them again! Actually got an estimate for a bigger room, and plan on hiring them again. Very good price for job well done!
