Description of Work: Residential housecleaning - 2 hours, 2 people

Description of Work: I purchase a Groupon for service from this company. The groupon stated "Four two hour housecleaning sessions with a two person crew". The details states "Two licensed and bonded cleaners...." and "Two person crews tag-tean filth". From this description I was expecting 2 people to show up and to stay for 2 hours. The first visit one cleaning lady showed up and stayed for 2 hours and 20 minutes. I was not satisfied with the quality of cleaning. Specifically I wiped the ledge around the guest bathroom sink and came up with a finger full of dust. My granite counter tops in the kitchen hide spills well. I ran my hand over the counters after she left and found several dirty areas. I called the company after the first visit and questioned them about the two person crew advertised. I was told that based on availability a one person crew would show up but the person would stay until the check list was completed. I told them that I was upset because I felt I was not getting what was advertised. I was told that no where does it promise that I was going to get 4 hours of cleaning each session. I have had subsequent email conversations and was asked why it matters so much to me if one person or two people showed up. I told the person answering the emails that it mattered because the quality and quantity of work 2 people can get done in 2 hours in more than one person. (I have a large house and have two more bathrooms that were not even touched in the visit). So two weeks go by and I decide I am going to try to call them. Left a message with no response.So yesterday I sent an email. No response. Tonight I sent a message through web site and left another telephone message. I have also contacted Groupon and have not heard back yet. So....I would not recommend this company to anyone. If they contact me and make good by me I will change my rating. As of today I paid for 4 cleaning sessions and have had one.

Description of Work: I have been using Karissa and Charlotte Cleaning Company for the last 2 years. She is always on time and very meticulous. She is smart, bright and full of positive energy. She regularly does extra things for us around the house without question. She comes once a week and does a full cleaning including cleaning the floors, all rooms, refrigerator, bathrooms, baseboards, vacuuming, dusting ect... She is wonderful and I feel bad that I have never thought to post until I found a review of her while I was looking for someone to pressure wash our house. Pricewise is in line with everyone else but there is NO language barrier and we completely trust her in our house alone and with our children should we need to dash out for a moment. I highly recommend Charlotte Cleaning Company!

Description of Work: Absolutely the best cleaning company in Charlotte. No detail is overlooked. Karissa makes the beds, puts things away, does an immaculate job of cleaning. We are thrilled with this service. We have used two prior services and neither has come anywhere close. Well worth the money and we look forward to it every time they come.
