I was very pleased with them. They did a very good job. I would recommend their service to others. They were on time for the appointment and did everything they were suppose to do. They cleaned up well after themselves.

They had to come back and stretch the screen door for us. They were very agreeable to do so. They were absolutely wonderful to work with!

My experience was good. They took care of everything for me including submitting the designs to the HOA. The work took about 3 months to complete. The electrician was really good and I liked working with him. Robert took care of all the things that were left undone and he finished cleaning up. The new patio is great and I love it!

The technician that came was nice. He did everything he was suppose to do.

One of the windows was cracked when it was installed and they said it would be replaced at no cost but it would take about 6 to 8 weeks to get another one. That was 12 weeks ago and it has not been replaced yet. I have called them 4 times and some times they did not call back and when they do I get a different story each time. The last time I called was 3 weeks ago and they said they checked the order and it was on the truck and should be installed on 5/23 or 5/24 but I have not heard from them since. I only had half of the windows replaced and had planned to have then replace the other half next year but now I do not trust them and will be using another company for the remaining windows. BEWARE of this company.

Installers were late, lacking experience in leveling windows. Windows did not close properly and had to be readjusted. Trim was not nailed correctly or not nailed at all. Trim would vibrate in the wind creating a humming noise. Windows are of high quality but must be overpriced to offset the installation quality. They did come back and correct all of my concerns and so I will recommend them.

Installation was good. We did have a concern about the initial installations because there were issues with two of the three windows to be installed. Champion properly addressed our concerns and we were pleased with the modifications performed in one follow up repair that was conducted in a matter of days of initial installation. We would hire Champion - Charlotte again & highly recommend them.

We have hired them for three different services since around 2008. We use them for the service each time because we know that they do the job right. Everything they have done has been really good. They are very punctual every time that they come out. They have an eye for detail and do a great job. When they installed our windows, they completed all of the work in one day and cleaned the inside and outside of all the windows. They left everything spotless and left no mess behind. Their windows are even made in the United States, in Ohio. Their workers are hardworking and do a good job. When you move from a small town to a city, you don’t know who to trust. We do know that we can trust them for the any job.

They were very professional and on time. They even put cloth down over my carpet and vacuumed up all debris. One of the guys even helped hang my curtain rod back up after the job was completed.

The project was completed per the contract. The 2-man crew was on time and did an excellent job installing. The cost was about $ 2,000.00 less than a competitor. We had previously purchased Champion windows and have pleased with the quality of the work and service rendered by the company.

The start of the project started bumpy due to the weather, however once the weather cooperated the installation team provided excellent service. When the final inspection showed one flaw in a window the Champion person immediately put in an order to have it replaced. And a couple of weeks later it was fixed. We LOVE our new room. Get one for yourselves you won't be disappointed.

Anthony came out and gave me a quote on the window that needed replacing. He was very nice and had a lot of information. I agreed to let them do the work and scheduled someone to come out the following Saturday to measure the window. This guy(James??) came out when scheduled and measured the window. He said the window would be made and would take about 5-6 weeks to come in. I received a call in less than the estimated time that the window was in. I scheduled for them to come out on Saturday morning to install the window. I chose Champion because of their Saturday hours and they said they would be at my house between 8-9 that day. I got up and was ready at 8 for them to arrive. At 9:10 I still had not seen or heard from anyone so I called to find out where they were. I got a young girl who said she would call and find out what was going on. At 10:00 I called back because I still hadn't heard from anyone and the same girl answered the phone. She said she didn't have an answer. I asked her to find out something and give me a call back. At 10:15 she called back and said the installer was having truck problems and would be at my house between 11 and 12. He arrived at 11:58. The installation took about 2 hours and the window looks fine. My only problem with the whole process was the fact that no one bothered to call and say they would be late.

They did a great job working with us to find what we liked and what we could afford to pay. Brad and Brian did the work and they were very hard working. John was a great sales person and Mark and Trevor were great too. Every one was very curtious and pleasant. Our back porch is totally enclosed now and it looks great. much warmer too.

They said it would take about 8 weeks from the time we signed the contract to getting started. They were right. The builders were efficient, polite and hard workers. It took longer than expected because every step of the way, they had to have it inspected. I felt it took longer than it should have but it was quality work and we are happy with the end result.

We went to showroom & were shown around by Bob Tosi. He demonstrated & explained nuances of Champion windows vs other types of windows. He came out & measured and went through the different types & styles of Champion windows . One very important point was the "Lifetime warranty " that was huge! We purchased 25 windows to be installed in 6 - 8 weeks . Yesterday we purchased a new Front Door & sidelights after reviewing 4 other manufacturers programs. Again Bob was very professional and explained there differences which made sense to us. I will definitely recommend Champion if the installation goes as well as the purchasing process went.

Team did removal & disposal of old windows. Installed new product in 2 days with trim included.

The windows were delayed at the factory, and Mark did not want to start until all windows were on-site. Once all windows came in, the job went smoothly. His crew is excellent! It was actually fun watching all the transformation. They joked that we may have used every window style available. Great job!

We signed an agreement to have all the windows replaced in the house. We only did half the house this past March and will do the rest next year when we have more cash for it. They offered us a 5% discount with cash so we went that route. We also had an Angies list Coupon and it saved us a ton! The 7 windows we have now are amazing. We had 30 year old windows that wouldn't even open. Champion windows are expensive but you get what you pay for. They are the best quality I have seen in a window. We are please that the salesman was not pushy and he was great at following up after the windows were put in. We are so excited to save up more money to finish the rest of the house!!

They are BEAUTFUL! We are going to get a more windows from Champions. James our sales guy was great. Everything he said would happen - happened. I would recommend them to anyone.

I only have positive feedback about them. They were very prompt and professional, they explained really well our different options and listens to what we were looking for. We were able to come into an agreement with price and product. They really stuck to what they said, they really delivered what they promised in terms of timeline, price and the quality, I have only good things to say about them. I think their price was fair.

I have a shade back overhang and they put it back up to the wall which is a difficult job and they finally did it and they did it for the cost that they said they were going to do. They did good work. I'll use them again, I couldn't find anybody better.

Appointment went well even though we did not purchase.

We needed a new back door leading to the deck and chose Champion for the job. Not only did they replace the door, but they also removed rotting wood underneath and near the door. The sales rep, John Danza, arrived on time and presented a professional package. After we agreed to hire them, the supervisor, James, arrived to take measurements. We had to wait a few months for it to be custom made but they called to let us know it was ready in the timeframe that was promised. The two contractors that arrived to complete the work were professional and efficient. Originally John assured me that the inside trim and everything would match the rest of the decor. However, when James arrived to take measurements, he mentioned that the inside trim would not be painted but would be installed in a matte white primer. Since that would not match the other trim that was in a glossy white paint, he agreed to have it painted for us before the installation as long as I supplied them with the correct paint. I brought them the paint and they installed the interior trim/frame painted and returned the unused paint. There is a small dent in the trim but it's on the far side where most people would not notice it. Overall, the quality of the door seems good and they back everything up with a "lifetime" warranty that they are sending by mail.

Excellent excellent Perfect

After experiencing a disappointing past front door installation through our local home improvement store, we began to look for a quality product plus professional installation and warranty backup of our front door assembly. We shopped for a couple of months and even though the Champion installed estimate was higher than others, we were sold after visiting their showroom and discussing the details of their installation. During the actual install, the crew leader pointed out another unforeseen issue with our front siding that was contributing to seepage around our front door during heavy rain downpours. Champion staff came back and repaired our siding issue for a very fair charge. We have since been very pleased with the appearance, quality and support of our installation provided by the Champion staff. We would definitely recommend Champion for turn-key installation of front door entries and siding repairs.
