the salesman was punctional as was the original install. However, the window quality is a disappointment as is the energy savings promised at time of purchase. We have had numerous issues with condensation between the glass which have been repired in a timely fashion in the past. Now less than five years after purchase the coating on several of the windows has worn off, so my E-glass in almost E glass or maybe Z glass.. We contacted the company prior to Thanksgiving, and left a message which was returned with a message. When we called back we were told that the one person who scheduled service calls was off for several days and no one else could schedule service (bet we could get a sales call scheduled). We were finally contacted back in early December and a service date was scheduled. Once again the rep was puncutial and advised us that the glass was defective and would have to be replaced. He further stated that the order for new glass would be placed when he returned to the office. It has been over two months since the glass was ordered, and as of today it is still on order, and the company can not advise if it will arrive within this year or even decade.

I wrote to them and wrote to angie's list but never eer got a response. I had to call someone else as the hole had to be repaired. Please, please refund my money. I have requested this a couple oftimes

The installers were wonderful. They didn't rush through the job, instead they took the time they needed to do the job right including the clean up. The complaint I have is that when they moved something I had to ask them to put the items back but in there defense,I have found that to be true with all male workers. It must be a MAN THING.:)

It was excellent. They did an excellent job in a minimal amount of time, and I'm completely satisfied with the work. This is the third time I've used them, and they've not yet disappointed!

We had several seal failures and one "melted" vinyl window in our home. The original windows were just basic builder-grade windows and provided very little in the way of energy efficiency. We decided to have Champion replace our windows after getting quotes from 2 other window installers. Champion's price was middle of the road based on the three estimates we obtained. They offered two different windows - what they called their "best" and their "better" windows. We chose the "better" windows due to cost. We would have LOVED the "best" windows, but it would have added another $10,000 to the cost, which was already more than we really wanted to pay for windows. The installation took a day longer than they anticipated, and one of the window panes was cracked on delivery, so they had to order a new lower sash. As the install was finishing up, I noticed the grids on one window were crooked, so they said they would have another sash made for that window as well. The workers were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves. We have since had the two sashes replaced, but honestly, the one for the crooked grids is still crooked. I'm going to just let it ride, since it took 9 weeks to get the replacement sashes to begin with. (That's why I gave them a "B" for quality. How hard is it to cut square grids?). But overall, we are very happy with the windows. In the past, on very hot summers like the one we are having now, our inside air temperature would reach 80 degrees. Now, over the past very hot 3 months, it never got above 76 degrees on the A/C thermostat. What was once the hottest room in the house is now one of the coolest. And that is with their "better" window. I can't imagine how much more efficient it would have been if we could have purchased their "best" window. I do need to have my sliding glass patio door replaced, and I plan to use Champion for that as well.

The first deck was destroyed in a natural disaster. The insurance agreed to rebuild the sun room.

They've been in business for 60 some odd years. The quality of what they do and I'm so pleased with how the sunroom looks. I have vinyl. You can get metal but it's not as aesthetically pleasing. I mean you can see the screws and stuff when you have the aluminum. Mine is very well done.

The siding on my home was a different material than what they use and would have to either replace all the siding or try to match the paint with the different siding. So I decided to not go forward with the work.

Everything went as we were told and expected, including workers cleaning up at the end of each work day. The finished product looks just like what we expected. Everyone we spoke with during the process was cordial and professional.

They are always on time. They do quality work. Everything about them is good. I like them. My interaction with them has been excellent and the work they did turned out excellent.

It turned out very well. They came when they said they would come. My home was much more comfortable than it was. I feel that my home is warmer and more evenly heated. They were more expensive than others. I think the quality was very good. They were very good from the very first telephone call. If I have a need for them, I would use them in the future.

They were wonderful. I like the guy that come out and talked to use. He was friendly. He talked through all the options and gave us options that we needed to make. After they had started building it and closing up, my husband changed his mind on something, they were very gracious and took care of it and just did everything like we want them to. We just love it. The work was nice. I give them a 10 if you're on the scale of 1-10.

The service worked out good. They were timely, they got things done in a good fashion, and the works seems to be quality work, so we don't have any complaints at all. The interaction with them was very good. They were responsive to address some of the issues like the screen, or any other things that I found to be a problem. They addressed everything. Their prices are a little high.

They're good. They do the nice window and they installed them very expertly. I was very pleased with their service. They did a very good work and they make a quality product. I would use them again in the future.

Came out graet.Careful of the landscaping and cleaned up when work was completed.

Champion's representative checked out the problem with our damaged window, took measurements, and put safety film on the window so it could not shatter or hurt anyone. A new window was ordered, and several weeks later Champion installed the new window. They took great care not to damage our yard and landscaping, and were extremely professional and competent.

We were very happy with their attention to detail through out the entire process. Their sales and design staff were excellent in helping to define the project that met all of our requirements. The project was started on time. The installation crew was courteous, responsive to our inquires, demonstrated professional skills, and delivered excellent workmanship.

First they said i would get half screens that were top or bottom Then windows started coming apart apparently used too much foam Found out 4 months after installation that windows were not made for the screens I wanted I even talked about this during installation and not one person doing the installation said anything and they KNEW these screens would not work How do I know that because one of the guys that did the installation also repaired the windows and he told me the windows and screens were not made for that Would not have purchased these windows if I had known that Then one window which was 2 feet from an exact window had condensation was brushed off, called corporate got a new window never had problems with it again Said for 2 windows in livingroom will bring me full screens , which I never wanted Originally but had to have these since I was told I would get half screens for top or bottom Was suppose to bring them when they replaced the broken window 3 months after i called about that did not know about the screens Did fix windows that came apart at the base all 12 of them Those screens were a big issue with me , I needed them because of cats and dogs i had They have been out several times since installation and no would never use them again Even had them out for estimate for doors, price was outrageous

An estimate was given in August that included a quote for front doors and siding. We decided to use this company based on the history, warranty and skill level of the workers that they contract. We were able to utilize all of the Angie list discounts and reach the stated amount. After the contract was signed in mid August the company came out to complete a lead paint assessment and luckily we passed the test and did not have to pay the extra 500.00 for the safety precautions for the employees. We were told 6-8 weeks and as the time progressed we were not updated. I had to text the salesperson Kevin to ask about the approx date. He promptly replied with the name of the installer as well as an approximate date. Well, another two weeks went by and I had to contact Kevin again. That following day, James contacted me with a definite start date. Well! It was worth the wait. This was a 3 man crew that reported to work on a Monday for siding on a 2000 square foot house with brick on the lower portion. This crew worked diligently and was finished by Wednesday afternoon, Yes! clean up and all. They reinstalled all of our lighting plus installed a motion detector light in the front. We are thoroughly pleased with the results of our new exterior and so are our neighbors. Thanks soooooo much!!!!

Looks really nice. We hadn't even thought about replacing the three windows with one, and it looks great. We have a new picture window!

We would use them again and recommend using them to friends and family. not the most expensive, but not the cheapest. Worth the extra money for the great customer service. Very professional, both sales reps, customer service, and installation reps. Very prompt in getting back to us.

This was the third time we have used them.

Everything went fine. There were two men here doing the work. They were efficient and did the work in a short period of time. They cleaned up well after themselves. The price was comparable to others. The windows look great!
