The 2 fellows that showed up to install it knew if you’re somebody like me and you have a completed house with a functioning back door, which was a big French door with a large transom over the top. People come within like 45 minutes, you now have a big hole in the back of your house where you can see framing, it makes me really nervous. At that point I can’t fix it, they had to put plastic over it. They found where we had water damage in the sub-floor and they fixed that at no extra charge. They did it the same day. As soon as they saw it the fellow said, “I can’t install thins door over the top of it.” This is part of the reason we were replacing the door, because the old door was leaking. He said, “in good conscientious I can’t replace it over bad flooring”. So, he replaced a little section of bad sub-floor, installed the door. The amazing thing was, what really stick in my mind was one of the fellow’s said, “this trim made be hard to match”, the trim that goes around the door, because the house is 7 years old. They reinstalled that same trim and you would think that when you pull trim away from the wall and everything that you’re going to have to repaint and everything. I never had to repaint, they had put that trim in exactly the way it was.

I'd give them an "A" for overall. They are a little pricey. They did okay, it was a good window but it wasn't like the wood of the other window. It's a side by side window but I didn't realize that until after. It's a good window. I'd use them again if I wanted to fork out that kind of money. The window was expensive but the quality of the window was good.

They were nice. It looked like the right fit for the job, and the best expertise. I am sitting in the sun-room, and its very nice. They are great. They got the exact product that they designed.

We were very satisfied with them. We had to do a lot of haggling. We got it down to what we thought was fair, but we had to do a lot of haggling. If it wasn't for that, if we'd had to take their first estimate I'd give the probably a "D" for price but after all the haggling, I'd give them a "B" for price. It wasn't what I wanted to get ultimately but I was able to settle. I'd give them all "A's" on the rest. We went with them because we were familiar with their name. My first impression of the company was very good. Communication was very good.

They did an excellent job. I thought the price was fair. Excellent quality. We were aware of them from other friends in our neighborhood. Our friends had something similar and we just took it one step further. They were excellent, did a very good job, followed up well. We had no complaints about them.

Very professional and excellent work performed in creating a sun room to our house. I've have found them to be very helpful with any questions or issues years after the work has been done.

Didn't happen. There was an issue re: How the job was supposed to be completed, the district manager called to better understand the situation and then as the call was finishing up he said, "ok, well I'll go ahead and take a look at your pictures and call you back." I was surprised and said "Wow, training opportunity for you I guess. Why would you call a customer to deal with a complaint and not even open my file or look at the pictures?" His response, "well Sir, looks like we won't be able to make you happy, I'm going to cancel this job and send your money back?" WHAT? Because I called you out on your failure to act as a manager when dealing with a customer complaint & your ego I SO fragile you're going to cancel my job? His response "Yes, then he hung up the phone" Horribly unprofessional and a total waste of time. It's been 2 weeks and they still haven't refunded my $1,400 deposit.

They were punctual, professional, and very informative but the price was outrageous.

The overall experience with Champion of Charlotte was good and would have been excellent, except for one thing. Our previous screened porch door had a pet door that both of our dogs used for many years with no problems . We were very specific about having a dog door installed in the sunroom door. One of our dogs is quite tall, so we specified an "XL" dog door, which was an option listed on the paperwork and discussed with the sales representative. This size door is what our dogs were used to and is what we specified in our signed contract. Every pet door installation manual I've seen says to measure the dog at the shoulder first - before cutting a hole in your door. Our door arrived with the dog door (size L, not XL as we requested) pre-installed. Our dog is 26" tall at the shoulder. The top of the door's flap is 24". He is none too happy about crouching down to go through the door, especially being a senior dog. Our other dog won't even use the door. Some people may shrug at our disappointment, but with spending $20,000, we want to be happy with every aspect of the project. We notified our Champion sales person about this via a nicely worded email with pictures but he didn't seem to think it was a big enough deal to rectify. When the Champion project manager came out for the final inspection, we also told him we were not pleased with the pet door and it was not what we ordered on the form. We gave up and signed the final paperwork and will likely end up replacing the dog door with something that works for our dogs (at our expense). I just wanted to put this out there for future Champion customers, especially those wanting a dog door. While the quality of their work was superb, this aspect of customer service was extremely disappointing.

They did not do the work. Nothing good or bad really stuck out. It just didn't work for us.

Well. I found a different contractor.

Once again, very, very professional and the windows are perfect.

This is the second sunroom Champion has done for us. In fact, Kevin , the sales rep , helped us both times with design , and we could not be more pleased. The installers were professional and punctual . If we move again and need another sunroom, Champion will be the ones we call. They are a class act .

Great job. Very nice owner did our work

We used Champion about 4 years ago to install a fence. We recently moved and the needed a fence at the new house. We were happy with Champion's service 4 years ago, so we hired them again! They did a great job. We needed to make some adjustments to the dimensions the day that they did the installation and it was no problem.

Work started March 2016 still not finished...

I thought that it was expensive. Their price is relative to other companies. They did a good job.

The service went well. It was good. The price was fine.

It was excellent. He came and did a consultation. I chose the windows, he took the measurements and maybe 6 weeks later he came and installed in one day. I probably would not call again because of the price. They are expensive.

I just trust them. I would recommend them for anything, they are great.

They did an excellent job, they I mean very professional, they did an excellent job. They were totally awesome. They actually had to come a couple times for the door but it was of no inconvenience. They are good quality windows and Lord the guys that installed them I mean they were just super.

They were the only ones that would do it, since I kept my roof line. They took out all the walls, material on the bottom and that was also amazing. They found some problems under the structure and let me know and we went step by step.

It was excellent, wonderful. They are wonderful, wonderful people. I have had 3 big projects with them. They are clean, efficient, on time, call if they will be late, clean up afterwards. It is a little higher on pricing, you are paying for quality. I have had them for everything.

Okay it finally turned out okay but there were a few problems a long the line. Initially there was a structural issue which they finally corrected and a few other minor problems that they corrected the overall result is we're happy. There were issues with the electrical that they finally fixed but it shouldn't have happen to begin with.
