Description of Work: The first installation went awesome. On time. Professional. Cleanup great. After a month there was a problem with the paint finish. Made a call and they ordered a new door. Second installation was also great. Really, really great company that stands behind their products.

Description of Work: We used Champion to replace our sixteen 30+ year old windows, our front door with side panels, and change a double window to a garden door. We converted 2 sets of double windows to single sliders. Price was reasonable, service was great and love the product. Makes a huge difference in the asthetics of our home. We would use them again when we decide to updgrade our sliding glass doors in our sunroom. Only complaint is that there we some debris left inside under a few of the windows. Otherwise, all thumbs up!

Description of Work: Put in new bay window. Everything went smoothly. The old window was not installed correctly. It was sagging. Champion re-enforced it steel rods. They did a great job.

Description of Work: Had 2 double windows replaced that were cold in winter. Their selling point was their windows would greatly reduce the feeling of cold air falling off the windows. They were right!! During a very cold night recently the old windows were as cold as ever, but the new windows had no cold feeling at all. I felt price was a little steep, but for what we got well worth it. They arrived to do the work as scheduled, were professional and cleaned up after. Would recommend the Champion windows if you need to replace old, leaky windows.

Description of Work: Champion was hired to take apart our wood screen room and replaced it all except for the roof and floor with extruded aluminum and new screens, this room is 2stories up overlooking the lake so maintenance and safety were the priority. The date that the work was to start was pushed back and it did take several days more to complete then they told us. The workers were very polite and did a good job. Clean up after the job was mentioned and a very accurate craftsmen followed up with the finial work and we were very very pleased with his aspect of the work. We are very pleased with the job we do feel that the cost $$$ were somewhat high but felt the job was done right.. Thank you Champion.

Description of Work: Still waiting. Was told that they were backed up by 75 construction jobs and service wouldn't start until September. A little disappointed about this, but I'm confident they'll do a good job.

Description of Work: We have used Champion for years. First a sliding glass door that was specially made, next a bay window again special job, then a front door (had bad paint, replaced immediately), a front glass/screen door, and lastly all the windows in our home replaced and a side glass/screen door. Only thing left to do is replace the side door. Excellent work, great value...but not cheap, but wonderful warranties...that will go with the house when we sell (we are both nearing 80). We have done all this to assure high quality selling points for our home and to enjoy while we are still there. I love to just open a window and wipe off window sills easily.

Description of Work: The hard sell and down-selling of every other type of construction was a real turn off. Their estimate was double the other company and they had an extremely log projected start date. Overall while I'm sure their projects come out well, I don't think down selling the competition is a great selling method.
