I was very pleased with the service provided by Champion Windows. They did a very good job. They were here when needed during our building. The whole project was about $10,000. The windows were included in that price. I would recommend their services to others.

They had sent two people out to do an estimate and to help us with come up with the full layout of what we wanted. We were very happy with the final product as it really turned out just how we wanted it to look. The one thing that we were not happy with was their punctuality. They just would never show up when they said they would be here. There was one day that they were almost two hours late. I could have done some other errands if they would have at least called and said they were going to be late. All in all, they were very polite and we are still happy with the work that was done.

They were quick courteous and did a great job.

The workers were good. The office people you could not believe. Their word meant nothing.

Overall the experience was awful - the worst I've ever had with a contractor. It took them 14 months (not a typo - 14!) to do a 45 day job. Sent inexperienced teenagers with one supervisor. Kept bringing the wrong size windows - had to supervise job ourselves as supervisor stayed with truck - kids weren't using enough insulation-many missed appointments with no contact-tried to blame us for delays but found they were sending wrong windows and calling wrong phone, no-trim work on garden window very cheap & amateurish. Last straw was they put mechanics lien on property before job complete - local manager did not know what was going on at the job - reported to chamber and BBB - Contacted their national headquarters and got one call - very sorry you're unhappy, blah, blah but tough *expletive*, we don't make adjustments!

THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND RESPONSIVE. THEIR QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES WHEN THEY WERE DONE WITH THEIR JOB, AND THEIR PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE.

THEIR WORK IS KIND OF SUB PAR. THE PRICE IS A LITTLE HIGH, AND THE QUALITY OF WORK IS FLAWED. THE SIDING IS CROOKED IN A FEW PLACES. THEY TRIED TO CLEAN UP, BUT LEFT A FEW SCRAPS AROUND.

The windows we purchased were pretty expensive and we got a few estimates after they were installed and found out it was 40 to 50 dollars more per window. As far as the installation went, I felt they did an excellent job. The old windows were removed without any damage to the house. We had a lifetime warranty on the new windows, so in time they would pay for themselves. We haven't had any problems with the new windows or how they were installed.

The windows were superior quality and they guaranteed them for life. There was a minor problem with the windows but once they fixed the problem they were great and we enjoyed them. The down side was they put us off and took a while to do the repair, which was frustrating and wore on my patience.

The Champion windows that were installed here was of high-end quality. They were custom windows that enclosed our porch area. The sales representative was very informative and the installers were well experienced. The windows themselves were excellent and we haven't had any problems with them at all. I didn t want to give a price for the installation.

The new windows were pretty pricey, but these guys were good and did a great job. They price was fair because they gave me a life time warranty so that even if I sold the home, the buyers would be covered as well. They were real professionals and I was happy with their work and the windows.

SALES PERSON WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. HE DID NOT BRING IN A WINDOW, AND NEVER EXAMINED OUR WINDOWS. HE GAVE US A BALLPARK FIGURE TO BUDGET PER WINDOW AND NEVER FOLLOWED UP.

INSTALLATION CREW ARRIVED PROMPTLY, COMPLETED THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER, AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT, I HAD TO BE ABSENT UNEXPECTEDLY. REP CAME AND PROVIDED MY HUSBAND WITH OVER 1 HOUR OF SALES PITCH, BUT REFUSED TO GIVE ANY IDEA OF ESTIMATE WITHOUT ME PRESENT. HE INSISTED ON SCHEDULING A SECOND SALES APPOINTMENT WITH BOTH OF US BEFORE HE WOULD GIVE US ANY ESTIMATE. WE ARE EXTREMELY BUSY, AND THIS WAS VERY IRRITATING TO US. WE DID NOT WANT THE HIGH-PRESSURE SALES PITCH THAT THE REP UNDOUBTEDLY WANTED TO PROVIDE TO BOTH OF US. AFTER NUMEROUS FAILED ATTEMPTS BY PHONE TO GET REP TO GIVE US AN ESTIMATE BASED UPON HIS MEASUREMENTS, WE WENT WITH ANOTHER COMPANY.

J.P. WAS QUITE PUNCTUAL AND ACCOMMODATING IN SCHEDULING. TIM, BILLY AND DAN DID THE INSTALLATION AND WERE FANTASTIC. THEY ARRIVED EARLY BECAUSE THE WEATHER FORECAST WAS FOR RAIN AND MANAGED TO COMPLETE THE WORK JUST AS THE RAIN BEGAN IN EARNEST.

HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH JP. HE REALLY CARED ABOUT MAKING MY REPLACEMENT WINDOW LOOK ITS BEST AND HAD GREAT SUGGESTIONS THAT THE SALESMAN DID NOT MENTION. VERY HAPPY WITH THE INSTALLATION AND THE RESULTS. CREW WAS GREAT TOO.

WE INITIALLY CONTRACTED TO HAVE 15 WINDOWS INSTALLED, HOWEVER DUE TO CONFLICTING INFORMATION CONCERNING ONE WINDOW, ONLY 14 WERE FINALLY INSTALLED ON 3/10/01. WE WERE GIVEN DIFFERENT PRICES FOR THE WINDOWS BY TWO EMPLOYEES AND STILL HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO OBTAIN AN ITEMIZED REPAIR BILL OF THE WORK PERFORMED. WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THIS COMPANY TO RETURN AND FIX THREE WINDOWS THAT WERE INSTALLED IMPROPERLY. WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE VERY BUSY. OBVIOUSLY, ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GUARANTEES MEAN VERY LITTLE TO THIS COMPANY.
