It is nice. We are pleased with it. They responded promptly, but the project didn?t get started until much later than we had anticipated. Overall, however, we were happy with the work.

They did a very good job. The service was great. They had a second crew show up in the afternoon to come help the first crew. They got done fairly quickly and were very professional. The windows have been wonderful. Our heating bills have gone down dramatically since then, and although the price was a little high, it was worth it. They offered a lifetime warranty, and I have had them back out for some minor issues. They have responded quickly and I would use them again.

It was fine I guess. It took about six weeks for them to come back after looking at the part. I had to call them to remind them that I had an order in with them. Their prices were reasonable and as expected. They did a good job once I got them here.

It has been excellent. They did have to come back and replace one of the sliding doors and they came and took care of this without any issues. They came exactly at the time they said they would be here. I have not had any problems with anything from this project.

They are very professional but they are expensive. It is a wonderful company. Their products are a very high end but it?s just too much for us. The salesman was very nice and thorough. He showed us the samples of the materials. I am sure they do a beautiful porch but we cannot afford it.

Everything went well! Several years ago we purchased replacement windows from Champion, and we continue to be very happy with them. We visited the showroom to pick out a new door, and they were very helpful. Someone came to the house to measure. The new double pane sliding glass door was made with finish and hardware to our specifications. The installation went well, with all the old materials removed. The opening is finished neatly and tightly while the new door looks, works, and locks just fine. We are very happy!

It went very well. They were well equipped for the job. They came when they said that they would. They did the job in a timely fashion and it was very professionally executed.

The experience was good. The windows that they installed are quality, and the installation was good, as well. The caulking and vinyl trim was good and we haven't had any problem with it. The salesman was a bit pushy.

We are happy with the final product, but there were several bumps in the road to get there. It was supposed to be a 4-5 week project and became a 12 week project. The Salesman was not very honest and doesn't consider customers intelligent. He was definitely the worst experience. The construction crew was good, although there was a casualty to our lamp post. They gave us a chuckle since one of the workers is GOOD friends with the salesman and tried to tell us how WONDERFUL he is. The Manager did replace the lamp post, though, after several weeks. The wrong color carpet was installed - again replaced to our satisfaction but still a 'bump' in the road. My only parting words or recommendation is that Mark or Trevor should have come out for the final inspection.

Removal and installation of the sun room walls and glass went smoothly and final touch up completed in appropriate manner. This installation changed a three season sunroom into an all season sunroom. Only one area was a minor problem and that was the scheduling of the start date. Although a contract was signed three months in advance for a specific start date, the actual start of work was delayed by one week. This did not create a big disruption except that the sunroom furniture removed from the room had to remain in other rooms of the house for an extended period of time. Overall the results are what was expected.

I must say that Champion did a great job. The outcome of the patio is just marvelous. I do not know too much about the sizes or the pricing of the project because my husband had handled all of that stuff. I do however know that the gentlemen that were here everyday did great. They were extremely nice and courteous. They were sure to ask our opinions of how things were coming along. I would gladly hire them again.

We did shop around and found this company to have one of the best prices we had received. They have been in business for a long time. We were very pleased with the final product. It really did turn out exactly like we wanted. Everyone was very polite and friendly. They had the job done a little bit before they said it would be. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone else.

These guys were great and did everything themselves so there were no subcontractors to deal with. They performed all the work without a hitch and it turned out exactly as we had always pictured it. They incorporated everything we asked for and did it with smiles on their faces. For the job they did, we were happy with the price as well. We could not be more pleased with them. We have been asked by people who did the work and we are proud and pleased to tell them Champion.

The showroom at Champion is amazing. It is set up so that you can actually see what things will look like when they are completed which made it much easier to decide the specific things we were looking for. The workers were thoughtful and offered helpful suggestions. We are thrilled with our new room and these contractors as well.

I had a great experience with this company. I told them what I wanted and they did exactly what I asked. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.

I will honestly say there was no debris left after this company had completed their work. They were so good about clean up and a pleasure to deal with. They had good listening skills and showed a great deal of respect towards me as a paying customer.

There were many short cuts that were taken throughout the whole process of this room. This company left a huge mess in the front of the yard as well. They came back and laid some seeds when sod should have been used. The city inspector would not allow a lot of the short cuts that were being used so they had to re-do a lot of the work.

If I were a teacher, I would give this Champion all A's. They work very neatly and their work is thorough. I felt that they were reliable and dependable. I would use them again. I feel like a satisfied customer. I had no major problems with this company at all. We now love our sunroom and use it regularly. We liked Champion.

When this company said they were coming they were on time. The only problem I had was waiting for them to actually start. It took a month before they started the job. I was pleased with the work that was done though. I also though the price was a little high as well. I would definitely use them again. I just would have to check around for prices.

I really was very pleased with Champion. They were precise about their work, polite to deal with, and worked using good time management skills. I typically look for those traits or qualities in a company that is doing work in my home, so I was glad to see that Champion displayed such great work ethics and standards.

They did a great job. They did everything they said they would do. The crew was very nice. We were completely comfortable leaving the house while they were there. The ceiling fan they installed is operated by remote control, which is very nice. The hardwood floors are gorgeous. We enjoy using this room.

We are not very impressed with the work we got with Champion Windows. It took them over three weeks to build our sunroom and when they were done, it leaked. I have made several calls to try and resolve the problem, but so far have not gotten adequate responses.

I was very happy with the sun room. It is perfect. I would highly recommend them to others for a sun room. The deck, however, they had to come back here three times to get it right. They had to tear it down and start again. But I must say that they were very willing to keep coming back until they got it right. It is very nice now and it is completely properly.
