They replaced 6 windows. They sold the products and the representative was good. I would recommend them as they have the best windows. They also provide warranty and they came back to replace a window as a glass had cracked. They were very thorough in cleaning up which was good. The price was consistent with the quality. They were not the cheapest, but were good for the quality. They worked well and since it was a customed job, they were good.

I had 10x 14 ft sunroom added to my home. It was pretty expensive - around $ 30,000 , I had a couple of problems. The first was with the sales preson.While sitting in the showroom ,I ordered a room identical to the one on the showroom floor. The one delivered had two less glass panels. When I spoke to the sales person ab out the difference he said that it would take weeks and cost several thousand dollars more to order those two glass panels. Since it was the holiday season -timing was a big issue. I relented and just told them to finish and get out. The actual workmen finished on time and were nice enough but I never knew when they were actually going to show up. Some days they worked 3 hours,some 4 occasionally more but you just never knew.It has been several years since being added but the room is still as sound as it was from day 1 so there is no complaint about the quality at all.

Champion did an ok job, but the person who they subcontracted the work out to did not.

They did a fantastic job. They made sure they knew exactly what we wanted and asked us a lot of questions. When they got finished everything was done perfectly.

It was a nice experience working with them. A burglar broke the window and I called them. They came right on out and did a really nice job. The guy told me everything they offered and I think in the next day or two the workers came out and did an excellent job in installing. I would highly recommend them. I thought the price was a little high but when I compared the workmanship and the professionalism, I guess I got what I paid for. I hope I wouldn't need to use them again but if I had to, I would use this company.

They were very knowledgeable. They drew my attention to the things that had to be done. They’re scheduled to come back in a few days to review the work and see if we are satisfied. There was lead-based paint on the new windows, so they had to do all the extra EPA stuff to comply with lead-based paint removal requirements. This was added to the price. They told me about the accurate requirements. They worked professionally as per the schedule and completed the project as was discussed. They are scheduled to come back to provide the forms. Their price is higher than some, but their work is of high quality. Their workmanship is excellent.

We haven't really used their services recently, but they follow through whenever we have had a problem. They are marvelous in picking up on it. They just come and do the follow-up work when something needs repairing or mending on what they have already done. They don't charge for it. They just do it. They are just good people to deal with anyway. Their people are always knowledgeable. They go right to the problem and they generally fix it. It's part of their long term commitment to their customer and their quality of their product and their workmanship that they always follow through with any problem that comes up. Their friendliness, professionalism, and their ability of performing or repairing are excellent. Their availability is very high. The price is no longer a factor after the original installation.

They were very professional in terms of their knowledge and being able to answer questions. I liked the way their windows were made, and I was able to negotiate the price down too. I would consider using them again.

Price quoted on a sales call in our home for a new front door was very high. When told this the salesman kept reducing the price to be competitive with other quotes by offering reductions for a sign in the front yard, our sending of reference letters, etc. Salesman spent way too much time. We wound up having the work done by a different company.

They were excellent. They did it in a timely fashion and they did excellent work. We were very happy with everything. The workers were very good.

Excellent. Very professional in the sales and preparation of the project. The actual job was performed in a very satisfactory way. The installers, Bruce and Eddie, were very efficient, courteous and thorough. Particular attention was paid to the insulation and finishing touches as well as the overall appearance. We were very happy with the end result and recommend this company and its workers without reservation. Ask for Bruce and Eddie as installers!

Lousy experience from the get-go. Saw an ad on tv for $3000 off on at least 8 windows (I have 20) and called to get clarification on the offer. The girl who answered had no idea what I was talking about and wasn't willing to find out. She asked if I wanted to have someone come out and give me an estimate and I said 'not until I knew the details of the discount'. I left my number and she called back some time later with the details I wanted to know and I scheduled an appointment. The rep was punctual, but right from the start had an attitude. My very first question to him was 'is the glass single or double strength' and much to my surprise he had no idea what I was asking!! I then asked if I could see samples of the wood grain colors to try and match my existing woodwork and was shocked to hear Champion didn't offer any at all! Every other company has a large variety of colors to choose from. He tried to convince me I didn't want wood grain because it would peel off. It went downhill from there and the final insult was the price. They wanted $26,000 for the 20 windows. That's almost 4 times some of the other estimates I got. He said 'the most expensive remodel is the one you have to do again'. For the price they wanted, I could have it done 4 times and still have money left over. Don't bother to even let them come to your house, take up hours of your time, only to have them quote you an unreasonable estimate.

I contacted Champion about replacing all the windows in our home (14 plus 2 doors) and they setup an appointment to come to our house. The day of the appointment arrived and a couple hours before I received a call saying they had to cancel. We rearranged another meeting and they said they would bring a gift to make up for the cancellation, (window cleaner) which they did. The next appointment came and after they were more than 30 minutes late I got a call saying they would be another 30 minutes or so late. Unfortunately I had to leave so my wife was there alone with 3 kids. She explained what we needed (type of windows, color, what features) and asked the sales rep to skip the lengthy sales demo but leave the information on the windows for us to read through. That did not sit well with the salesperson who was visibly annoyed. I am sorry if he was annoyed but they were the ones who canceled and were over an hour late. The salesperson did take the measurements and asked that we come down to the showroom to see the demo. So here is the main problem, Champion refuses to give us a quote unless we sit through an hour long sales presentation. I feel like we have already done enough and we just want to know if the quote falls in line with other quotes we are getting before we spend more of our time. The salesperson just called me today asking when we could come in and that they were having a sale this Saturday. I said I expected my pricing to be the same whether I come in on Saturday or not and I am not comfortable with a "Sign Today" situation. My feeling after all this is Champion may be a little too focused on selling and not as much on quality and price. They certainly do not want me to make a judgement based solely on their product brochures/spec sheets/pricing and Angies List rating. We have invested several hours into this process but Champion feels we are not being fair to them if we do not sit through their sales presentation. This gives me an uneasy feeling about them and their products and I will take my business elsewhere.

Very well. Room went up quickly and when they left you wouldn't have known they were there. Had a small problem with a lock on the door. They readjusted it and we thought that was that. Had another problem with the door a year later and they came out immediately with no hassle.

He was very thorough. He was extremely knowledgeable about the various types of glass and how much sun would come through. He gave me three demonstrations; he really knew his line. We just aren't sure if we want to spend that much yet for the project.

They were good, but we didn't do the work.

They were fine, except when I called them, they only did vinyl, but we wanted to do hardy-plank.

We use this everyday and love the sun room. It required adding a new concrete pad and connecting to the existing home. Generally everything went well and they cleaned up afterward. I will say that the room develops a new roof leaf every couple months but to their credit they come out within two weeks of our call and caulk. One thing about the caulk, they used a type that yellows. This is very ugly in the interior. Non-yellowing caulks are available and if I had it to do over again would insist they use that. We insisted they attached to our home below our house gutter based on friends experience. This reduces the amount of water going over the roof. We supplied our own AC & heater, in retrospect I would have gone with their combination model albeit more expensive.

We were pleased with the pricing and the quality of the windows. The installation went quickly and they cleaned up afterward. Using a laser thermostat on the previous windows installed by the company that built the home showed severe leakage. The Champion windows are just a much better quality window. Post temperature readings showed little leakage. The home not only feels more consistent temperature wise but the windows do a better job of keeping outdoor sounds out. Being able to open and close the top window is a nice feature.

They were fine. We don't recall the price, but we are assuming it was good or we would not have used them. Their finishing work was very poor, but the actual material that they put in was good.

They are a very professional company. My windows are beautiful and they lowered by bills! My energy bill is now about half of what it was previously. They windows are top notch! I couldn't be happier with their serivces.
