+ -1 more1) Company rep came out to our house and presented their product(s). Very informative and professional. We were given a quote the same evening. You can negotiate the price/package and even the warranty. 2) About 1 month later Champion started the project (parts and pieces were made at the factory in the mean time). 3) A few weeks later the room was completed. 4) We did a "walk through" at completion and anything that needed attention was addresed. Overall, it was an "easy" and pleasurable experience.
Description of Work: We had a four seasons sunroom installed on an existing deck.

+ -1 moreThey didn't look right. I had to wait 3 or 4 weeks to install them. They didn't introduce themselves or announce they were here when they came. They were suppose to be costume cut, but one side is completely crooked. He didn't use the previous holes left from the previous rail installation. They told us that 42 inches was the code height, but it looks way too high. He filled some of the holes with cauk. I got the feeling that the gentleman had never done this before. I have contacted them about this, and they did send someone out to look at the work, but they haven't followed up with someone to come out and actually fix it. Its has been about a week since they sent someone to look at the work. I need this made right because I had to special order these rails. As of right now I will never use them again. I have used them before without any issue, but this time it seems like they are trying to skirt the problem.

After reviewing all the information from each company I was blown away by the Champion product. The demonstrations of their product in comparison with other competitors product really sold me. But Champion wasn't even the most expensive and no one wants to pay 7-8 thousand dollars for anything. But this had to be done for my home and I wanted the best. I told the salesman I liked the product but had one more company to interview and I would get back to him. He was very nice and didn't push the issue like the other people did. I called him back within a couple days and we set a date for the work to begin. The workers were quick and professional and even cleaned up after themselves. The salesman came by to inspect and make sure I was satisfied. It was the best experience and I am planning to have them come back to do my doors as well.

Description of Work: We had new windows installed for our entire house. We had previously checked other providers of windows and they didn't even come close to what Champion brought to us in a great product, energy saving, and service. 1 - impressed with the salesperson - listened to what we wanted - made helpful suggestions, never pushed anything on us we didn't want to purchase. Made us feel he was there to help us, not just selling his product. 2 - impressed with the installation team - they were fantastic! We were told the job might take two days - they did it in a day. So efficient and they cleaned up as they worked including washing the windows at the completion. Nice! 3 - DO TAKE ADVANTAGE of their big sale time (once a year) - our salesman suggested we take advantage of this option as we were looking for windows at that time of year, so we took avantage of the sale, which also helpfed us to meet our budget. To obtain the discount you have to go to their showroom and place your order - but a small thing to do to get the discount and they also provided lunch as well.

+ 1 moreThe salesman, workers and everyone I've dealt with in the company have went above and beyond. If there were any problems, they were corrected without any questions. The work was always done in a timely manner. The product is of great quality. Everything is custom made and everything works wonderfully. Our sunroom, which is now 9 years old, still seems like new. All three projects went very well.
Description of Work: I've been using them for ten years. They completed 3 projects for me. The first time I used them they turned my screenroom into a sunroom. The second time I used them they installed french doors off of our master bedroom. The third time they installed a sliding glass door.

Description of Work: I have used them 3 times. They put a new sliding glass back door. It is custom made and it fits perfectly. They came on time and were very nice! It is guaranteed for life. They then put in a custom made storm door. They are now working on hand rails on my porch. They are always on time and always very nice. You can depend on their work.

The salesmen and office are very responsive. I have had no issues with them at all. They are very considerate to my circumstances. All of their work looks beautiful. I could not be more pleased. I was not left with any questions and all of my expectations were met. This is my go-to company. I plan on using them for my storm windows in the future.

+ 1 moreEverything went better than we expected. When we had questions during the construction, they were quick to respond and were able to keep the stress of construction to a minimum. They were able to work with our roofers, flooring contractors and hot tub installers well so that the project was completed on time. (The sun room needed to be built around the hot tub.) On the original part of the house, we replaced one door with a window and took out another window to add a sliding glass door. They had a brick mason come out and match the existing work on our home so it all blends in flawlessly. We are very happy with their work and highly recommend this team of professionals.
Description of Work: Champion added a sun room built to our specifications so we could add a hot tub. They replaced old wood doors with new steel doors and replaced the remaining windows on our home. We also had them add the clog free gutters.

+ 1 moreThis is our second (and great) experience hiring the Champion company, and we are very satisfied customers. We first noticed that they did a great job on a neighbor's sunroom. We were so happy with their efficient windows for our first floor, completed about one year ago, that we trusted them with this year's project too. We have NO regrets. No buyer's remorse. Only good things to say! From their appointment setting staff to project managers and installers, everyone was very courteous. However, they delivered as promised, and they were completely professional and highly skilled in installing their siding, and gutter guards, as well as their company's energy efficient windows. At the end of the day, we found that champion does not rest on its laurels. We were thrilled with the quality of their work and their products, and happy to have signed off on a job very well done!. .
Description of Work: Energy efficient windows, and removed and replaced all rotted exterior wood trim with viny ltrim, and installed complete gutter guard system, and a new exterior storm door.

+ -1 moreIt turned out fine so far. The only thing I did not like was the financing. I have good credit and still had to pay a finance charge because I did not pay for it all at once. They do not have a grace period when paying in installments. They came on time, the work was good, and they cleaned up after themselves. I would only use them in the future if I can pay cash up front.
