Very well. Joe's visit clearly gave us the information that we needed in order to pick the right company for the job... including some information that we had not thought of requesting. He is straightforward, professional, and very articulate.

We recently moved from Upstate NY to Charlotte, NC. I hired Joe and his team to paint the entire interior of the house we purchased in Charlotte before we arrived. We needed him to complete the work before the movers arrived and he was able to accommodate our schedule. Joe and his team completed nearly the entire interior of a 3800 sq ft house. I arrived on day 4 as the painters were finishing. There were a few small things that were overlooked, some mistakes, and one large thing that was overlooked - they forgot to paint the banisters. I brought these things to the attention of Alex, the job lead. Alex immediately set to work fixing the things I brought to his attention. The crew came back a couple more times and finished everything to our satisfaction. I am very happy that I hired Certapro. Although the job was not perfect initially, Joe and Alex are very customer-service oriented. I really appreciated Alex's willingness to immediately fix anything brought to his attention. I would definitely hire Certapro again.

The Certa Pro team of 3 people were at my home from 8:30 to 3pm. In that time they moved and covered all furniture, painted two rooms, and then replaced everything as it as. the job was professionally done and beautiful. The team was very professional and very caring of my home. The price was extremely reasonable. the efficiency is unparalleled. I will always hire this team for all my future painting jobs (and never paint myself again!!!)

The Certa pro team was absolutely amazing. it was a big job, with priming, sanding, painting, etc) the team of four completed the job in less than 3 days. they sealed off all of the doorways so the sanding dust wouldnt get into the rest of my home. They were curteous and professional, and I was very compfotable with them in my house. The end result was fantastic. The room was transformed. Everything was put back in place and cleaned. I am so thrilled with the service, we are booking them to paint the wood in my kitchen next!

The staining was perfect! They gave my wood fence a great color and equal color throughout, front and back. Joe's estimate was spot on and the actual staining process was quick and done high quality. I definitely recommend for any painting needs!

This was a HUGE project and Joe and his team of painters were fantastic! They are SO well organized, friendly, efficient, and clean. Joe came by to understand what needed to be done and gave me a quote. I needed it done by a certain day and they got it done by that day. His crew was friendly, efficient and on time. This was the second time that I used them, and I was pleased both times.

Joe came out ahead of time and made sure he understood what we wanted and needed when repainting the bonus room over our garage. He made several good suggestions that really made the room turn out great. The crew arrived on time and were quick and professional. The price is pretty much the going rate for professional paint service--not inexpensive but I have learned the hard way you get what you pay for. i would definitely hire them again.

Joe and his crew are very good at what they do and a pleasure to work with. They did a fantastic job. We are currently trying to sell our house and the feedback since they have finished has been amazing. We have people coming for second showings because they are interested in the house now. I look forward to working with Joe and his crew again with the home that we purchase after selling this one. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing wallpaper removal and painting.

Joe Cardone met with us back in May, to look at some popcorn removal work and Considering that the work was done on two days when the temps reached 100 degrees, we are amazed at how quickly the work was finished. I have to take exception with those who say removing popcorn is the messiest. It's actually the sanding of drywall mud that creates the disaster. And unfortunately, it doesn't matter how well you cover, tape or use suction, it gets everywhere. That part is true. Given that, we are so glad we decided to have popcorn removed. Once Flavio and his crew were done, the difference was amazing! They came back promptly to handle a few minor touch-ups, and Joe Cardone stayed in touch throughout to be sure we were completely satisfied. It also helped having time with a designer, to get help with color (and other questions!). Be forewarned, if you have a project, you need to get on their schedule! They stay busy for a reason!

Joe was very responsive, punctual, and professional. He takes pride in his work and takes pride in what he does and it shows. He was in touch with me throughout the whole process. The time frame was exact and he worked with me to stay within budget. The crew was very efficient, punctual, professional, and polite. Joe was there at the beginning of the project and stopped by at the very end of the job, and did a very thorough walk-through at that time. He wanted to make sure that I was 100% satisfied, and I absolutely was. During the final walk-through, he noticed a spot in the baseboard that needing a strip of caulking, and asked one of the crew members to take care of it. This was not even part of the area that Joe and his crew had been hired to paint, and it wasn't an area that they had even worked on, but this is just one example of Joe's attention to detail, the pride he takes in the job, and making sure that the customer is satisfied. I will absolutely contact Joe next time I need any painting done!

Joe was very easy to work with. His estimate was well within line for the job, he and his workers were punctual, they did a great job, were respectful of our home and worked really hard. Joe worked hard to get the project completed before I started chemo, which was very helpful. We're going to use them this fall to do the same thing in our kitchen.

We were overwhelmed with details of reconstruction, due to having to replace sheetrock, trim, doors, carpet, and hardwood floors, as well as repainting most of the house. Joe was so thorough and patient as he walked through the estimate with us and our contractor. He was able to provide such a great match for our 10 year old paint that we were able to avoid repainting the undamaged areas. Our greatest concern was painted paneling in our living room that had to be replaced. The original coats of paint had been sprayed on when the house was built, but the work had to be done by hand this time. I was extremely pleased with the attention to detail and commitment to excellence from Joe and his team. We decided to use CertaPro after we used them for previous exterior work that was done beautifully. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

Joe and his team were great! Joe came to do the free consultation and give me a quote on a Wednesday. The following Saturday, his team arrived on time to do the work. The team worked from 8:30 to nearly 5pm with a short lunch break and completed all the work. The paint looks great and they cleaned up and put my appliances back before they left. I will definitely hire them again!

Joe and his team did a phenomenal job refinishing a front wall to our home. From the initial consult, to the follow-up meeting with a paint supplier (to recommend the appropriate prime and paint) to the actual work being completed... all top notch. The prep and paint was efficiently and neatly done, and even our neighbors are commenting on how well the finished product looks. Very happy with the results!

Joe is always easy to work with and in this case he once again came through with a great crew. The personnel he uses always arrived on time, completed all of the removal and painting in a short time frame. They took care of my office so I could be back in it the next day, and the results were awesome. Removing popcorn surfaces is a messy job, but the way they cover the rooms, and continuously clean during the process, the mess is manageable.

Joe eas very meticulous in evaluation the job. He also presented the warranties and insurance information in writing. To my suprise he called next day to inform me, that this job could be done next day, onSaturday. His crew of thre started early in the morning, on time. WOW, these guys did a great job! Started the process by receiving an estimate from Joe Cardone, the owner. Joe is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. We worked through all the issues with the wallpaper removal and uniqueness of our house. Joe was very transparent in the quote and helped make it work within our budget. On the first day of painting, the CertaPro crew showed up on time and got right to work. I was incredibly impressed with the diligence and hard work that they put in to removing wallpaper, sanding walls and repairing cracks. Through out the day, the crew leader communicated what was going on and when they would leave for lunch etc. At the end of the day, they cleaned up and left the house in great shape. Day two saw more of the same quality work. The finished product turned out fantastic. We could not be happier with the quality of the work and our experience with this company. We will certainly be using them in the future!

It went well. They were available quickly, provided a reasonable quote, and did a great job. Even provided suggestions to reasonably reduce the scope of the job.

Joe's crew did a great job. Painting the media room was the second time we had CertaPro handle painting at our house, and we're having them out again to handle another room. Very professional operation.
