Joe Cardone and I met shortly after I contacted him to review what needed to be painted. He's very knowledgeable about prepping the walls, fixing drywall and the entire painting process. Joe answered all of my questions which made me feel at ease. He is highly professional and provides excellent customer service by being easily accessible and by following up with me about the work being done. The painting crew is punctual and immediately gets to work covering furniture and floors. They work efficiently and carefully. The freshly painted rooms always look amazing and beautiful. Because I trust Joe and his crew to do an excellent job, I continue to call them year after year.

I was so very pleased with Certa Pro Painters of South Charlotte. Joe Cardone is the owner, and a very involved one. He came to our house to discuss the work we wanted done. ( painting kitchen, dining room and living room, and repairing some areas on walls, and a spot on the ceiling. He spent time with us discussing every aspect of this job, did a complete and thorough walk thru with us, to identify what we wanted done. We signed the contract that day and because we spent over 2,500 dollars, Joe arranged for a designer he works to come out and help us make a color choice. Bill came out about a week later and spent over an hour with house, going over color choices. we had to delay the job due to company, but as soon as they left the job started. Joe was at the house with his painters, doing a walk through and going over the repairs and rooms to be painted. The crew hung plastic sheeting, and worked for 2 days ( one day till 7pm) getting it done. The job is beautiful! no mess, no dust, clean up was great. Joe came out again the next day to check the job and to give us a lovely bottle of wine. We had one slight issue with an area of repair which we notice 2 days later ( better light). my husband called Joe, he called his contractor and in less a few hours, he was back at the house, repaired the area and painted it again. And i will mention that Joe said he would not cash our check until it was done to our satisfaction, and it was. I appreciate and owner who is not just and owner, he is very involved in his business, and his crews and it shows. I will absolutely hire again, and plan to soon. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent, we had older style paint colors including yellow walls in the main rooms and faux red walls in the dining room. The crew caulked and fixed any gaps prior and then applied enough coats to completely cover. The job manager walked the finished job and touched up any areas. Also did a nice job cleaning.

Joe is a pleasure to work with and his crew was great. They had 4 people on the job and finished in a day and a half. They cleaned up well and we inspected every wall together and touch up was done as needed.

Joe is great to work with! He returns calls immediately and really worked with my schedule. I had damage on a very high wall in my staircase that the cable company did while fishing wires for a TV in an upstairs office area. The cable company put 4 holes where the wall and ceiling meet in the staircase area. This was a tricky area to reach in order to repair the damage, but Joe's crew managed to do this. They did such a great job that I can't even tell where the damage was. They also repaired some holes where a sound bar was attached on my fireplace mantel with the same result. I will definitely use CertaPro painters of South Charlotte when I'm ready to repaint my home. Thanks so much for a job well done!

The crew did a fabulous job of prepping the walls and then painting the walls and trim. They were punctual, professional, worked full days, and were always respectful of our home...hardwoods were covered so no surprise paint on anything....they also patched, prepped and sanded before applying paint, so everything looks just beautiful. Joe Cardone is always a pleasure to work with and his quotes are VERY fair. I discovered Certa Pro last year and am so glad to have found them: quality work with a fair price tag.

Amazingly well! The original paint colors were dark taupe and bright pastels. I needed a clean, bright white with some pale gray accents so this required a primer coat and two finish coats. CertaPro's painting crew did a fantastic job of cutting in all the edges for clean, crisp lines, They met their deadline and stayed within budget. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. It was a fantastic experience. My clients love the space and commented on how much they appreciated the quality finished appearance. The space looks stunning and even my client's clients say so!

We met with Joe for an estimate to pressure wash - replace rotted siding and boards and to paint exterior house siding and trim. We had already received two other estimates from other painters and weren't too thrilled to hear one of them tell us he would patch rather than replace any rot found. The other said he would replace rotted areas with like material, we were fine with that. I walked the property with Joe and as he pointed out the most common areas on our home that rot every few years, mostly fascia boards where they meet the roofline, I was pleased to hear him say they would use PVC rather than like material. We were very happy with that as PVC would eliminate any future repair costs. No more rot! Joe was very professional and thorough in explaining everything about our job. As far as cost we were very pleased - Joe was right in the middle of the other two quotes while providing much more including a warranty, superior paint and superior materials. The crew that came out were also very professional, prompt and polite leaving no trace each day that they had been there. It was obvious that his crew took pride in doing the job the right way and in cutting no corners. Joe followed up after the work was completed and did his final inspection with me. He also called about a week later just to check in and make sure we were completely satisfied. We will definitely hire Joe and crew in the near future to paint several rooms inside of our house. Great experience!

We were charged exactly as was initially quoted to us. The end product looks great. We used three different stain colors on three decks; all look very nice. Joe Cardone was very communicative and responsive throughout the process. We would use this company again in the future.

Work was done exactly as discussed, to the highest quality, at the exact price and with complete professionalism. We have very high standards for vendors and Joe and his team easily met and surpassed our standards. I urge other potential customers to use Certa Pro. About he most negative thing I can say is he is busy but will do everything to reach you. He's busy for a reason.

The owner is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Prompt to respond to phone calls and emails. Met me at my house and reviewed the proposed work with me in detail. Once the specifics of the job were determined, he scheduled one of his crews at their earliest availability. The crew arrived on time as promised. The painting took several days as it was the entire interior, including ceilings and two coats of paint (walls and ceilings). The painters were also quite professional and courteous and did a phenomenal job. I was so impressed. Once the job was completed, the owner came out to my house and reviewed/inspected the work himself. I will absolutely contact J. Cardone again for any painting I need done and will recommend him to friends and colleagues. It is nice to do business with someone of integrity and who really cares about the quality of a job.

4 painters showed up on time, worked a full day, and got the job done ahead of schedule. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend CertaPro Painters of South Charlotte. Last month Joe Cardone, owner of CertaPro Painters of South Charlotte, come and quoted on the above job as well as work on a finished basement and powder room (quoted $2287.00). We contracted with Mr. Cardone to do both these projects and his crew started work on the basement/powder room on January 28. The work involved removing the popcorn textured ceiling, painting the ceiling and the walls. The same 4 man crew did a wonderful job, arrived on time, worked hard and finished 1 day early. I would certainly hire them again.

It was the best professional work I've seen. The prep and protection for my new carpet was superb. The work went forward at a brisk pace and the owner checked in often and was always available to us. Our house is now beautiful, flawless I'd say. I can't praise Joe and Enio enough.
