We can t say enough good things about Joe Cardone and CertaPro Painters. We needed the inside of our house completely painted and repaired for the arrival of our international exchange student. He brought a wonderful crew headed by the foreman Flavio. Flavio was a miracle worker who restored our 40-year-old master bathroom that had never had paint, only years of wallpaper, back to its original smooth finish for paint. He and his crew prepped all our walls, many that had had wallpaper, and painted all of the surfaces as smooth as if the house were brand new. Joe Cardone, the owner and operator, was more than fair with his prices and used quality paint that made all the difference in the world. He spent two hours with us on the estimate and offered us an interior designer to assist us in color selection as part of the estimate. The total cost was very reasonable considering CertaPro, to us, is the best in town. We would use Joe and CertaPro over and over for our painting needs.

Joe provided an estimate and gave us time to check around. Once we decided to go with Certa Pro Painters, the job was scheduled in a timely manner. Things we liked most, as well as our neighbors, was each day, the painters cleaned up and did not leave painting stuff laying around in the yard. A couple of weeks after the painting, Joe checked back with us and only had to come back and unstick a couple of windows.

The project went extremely well, start to finish. Joe exuded professionalism when we first met and I immediately had confidence in his ability to get the job done. They worked with my schedule and did a fantastic job.

Joe and his crew are true professionals. The work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. His crew (particularly, Alex) is trustworthy and provided a great deal of added value, such as painting doors, caulking and moldings. Although it was a large job, they completed the work on time and each crew member was always smiling. We are very happy in our house, and I can honestly say, it is as a result of Joe and his dedicated team. It was a stress free experience, and I would highly recommend Certa if you are thinking of painting your house.

Working with CertaPro was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a company working on my home. From the initial visit and quote from the owner Joe Cardone, to the final walk through with the job foreman, I couldn't have been more pleased. The crew was here everyday until the job was done. The owner checked in or stopped by during the job to make sure things were going well. The crew was very polite and worked diligently everyday ensuring I was happy at the end of each day. They cleaned up after themselves and left my property in great condition. Probably the best aspect of it all was that I didn't pay them any money until my final walk-through on the last day of the job. They wanted to make sure I was completely happy with everything before I paid them. How wonderful! I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

The Certa Pro Painters team arrived on Monday morning & powerwashed the entire house. On Tuesday, they caulked the windows, doors, & exterior siding areas. Wednesday through Friday were paint days. They spray painted the siding & some trim. The remaining trim, window sills, & doors were painted by hand. Several of them were climbing ladders all day in order to complete the job by Friday. Friday was the finish day & all of the work was completed to my satisfaction. They cleaned up at the end of each day & started at the time we had discussed prior to the start of the job. I highly recommend Certa Pro Painters of South Charlotte for any painting that you need done at your house. My wife & I are very pleased with the results.

They did a wonderful job. Joe Cardone, the owner, takes great pride in his work. They were reliable, professional, clean, and delivered exactly what was promised and then some. They went the extra mile, the day I locked myself out of the house and Joe had one of his guys bring my spare key back to let me in. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone I know.

Pressure Washing was completed fine. They discovered their cleaners wouldn't clean the dirt stains off of the gutters, so they painted all the gutters, which wasn't in the instructions. As long as the paint doesn't pop off the gutters it will be fine. They painted the trim on a day that was too cool and damp (in our opinion) with rain in the forecast. We awoke the next morning to find the paint had run off the house onto the ground in many places and just ran and glopped in other places. They came back and corrected the problem. They painted the garage door the wrong paint color. They had written down the wrong paint code. They repainted the door the correct color. Overall, we were disappointed with some of the hassles we had to deal with. However, they did resolve all of the problems that had developed.

They are by far the best painters I have ever had. I have used them three times and I won't even get a bid from anyone else.

Excellent, true to their word, always on time, made good suggestions, quality work, got the job done in good time and were a pleasure to work with. A lot of concern for what I wanted and for getting all details done right. Very clean and crew was very professional.

Excellent! Joe was very responsive and got the work scheduled very quickly. The team of painters did a terrific job, were very courteous and thorough. They cleaned up after they completed the job. They were also very efficient - finished early!

With no extra cost to us, Joe had his men replace several pieces of rotted wood, stained the threshold, and all in all, did an excellent job. We will definitely use them in the future! Having just finished doing some inside painting and wallpaper removal, we uncategorically recommend CertPro Painters. They went the extra mile, and having Joe coordinate and supervise made it a pleasurable experience.

Joe's team performed their work quickly, expertly and politely. They arrived on Wednesday afternoon and were finished by Saturday afternoon, with the exception of a little touch up and clean up on Monday. I will definitely use them in the future; in fact, they are slated to come next week to do our exterior painting.

The best experience I've had with a painting contractor. Joe Cardone came to estimate the day after I called, and his painters arrived a few days later as scheduled. They did the work in one day as promised and left the place clean. As they were bonded and insured, I didn't have to stay home while they worked.

They were very reliable, neat and clean. They did a beautiful job. The pricing was definitely in line with the work they did. The work was finished in a timely fashion.

They were the most professional and the best painters we've had to date. We've had several and they were the best. They came very highly recommended from others and we did not shop around for estimates because of this. We felt their pricing was fair for the amount and quality of the work.

I've used them many times and will not let them go. Their pricing is reasonable especially since they (A) showed up, and (B) they get it done neat and tidy. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
