When the owner came out to review the work needed, an estimate was given right then. Because I was having some exterior repairs made, it was critical that painting be done soon after they were completed. He worked with me coordinating the repairs and painting. The painters were courteous and professional. The owner came by several times during the job to check everything out even though there was a very good supervisor on the job. The owner and painting crew wanted me to be 100% satisfied. I am very pleased with the finished product.

It was fantastic. They gave us a great deal on price and did it in a single day. They are prompt and professional. I would definitely use them again if it was up to me. They were very attentive to explaining what needed to be done. They were very thorough.

We appreciated the owner's personal involvement, and the thoroughness of the estimate. The only thing I had to do was ask the painters to finish the bit of kitchen wall so that some white that was showing at the joint with the counter was covered(the earlier paint job had not done that either, but it made a difference). The guys who did the painting fixed that immediately and graciously.

CertaPro did a remarkable job painting my kitchen cabinets. From old, dreary, ugly 19 year old cabinets to brand new and clean white cabinets. The process took three days during which I left my home in the care of the CertaPro employees and felt very safe doing so. There were no messes and no problems. I received a free consultation from the owner, Joe Cardone, during which time he made recommendations and answered all my questions. This is my second experience with this company (had my home's exterior painted) and both projects have been done flawlessly. I would recommend this painter to friends and family members.

Joe was professional and courteous from the beginning. The estimate was very professional, and he was honest in pointing out various adds and deductions. The crew he had come out to the house was excellent. They were on time, worked hard, and got done everything they said for that day. It took three days total to paint the entire house, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The price was a little more than some other estimates, however as part of the price, Joe had an interior designer come out and help us pick out paint colors, which was the deciding factor. I would recommend CertaPro to anyone.

The service was excellent from beginning to end. I left a message and had a prompt response from Joe. He came out and gave us an estimate that was in line with other quotes but I was particularly sold on the responsiveness to complete the work. We were working on a very tight time line and Joe made it happen. The professionalism and quality of work was top notch and I will definitely use them again!

I would definitely recommend them and would use them again. They were very professional. They were in tune to what kind of paint to use depending on how long we were planing on staying in the house. The crew came on time every day. They worked continuously and did an excellent job.

They were fantastic!! They spent a lot of time prepping each room to repair the walls (places I didn't even know were there), covered and moved my large furniture. The painting job was beautiful. The painters were prompt, neat, polite and friendly. They even helped hook my stereo and TV back together before they put them back. I can't say enough great things about my experience. From the bid to the completion of the project, the owner, Joe Cardone and his crew lead by "Alex" were prompt, professional, diligent and focused. Joe stopped by often to check on the progress of the job. The painters were very neat, cleaned up each day and worked quietly. No blasting radios, trash in the yard or yelling. Very nice!

Certa-Pro did a great job painting many areas of our house. Joe Cardone is quite professional and is easy to work with. The four person team that came out to my house was headed by Alex and they did an outstanding painting job. They were also quiet, courteous, and did a wonderful job cleaning up after themselves. Great experience!

We are very pleased with our experience with Certa Pro Painters. We will call on Joe Cardone and Certa Pro Painters to do any of our interior or exterior painting needs.

Everyone was very pleasant to deal with and very punctual. It was quick and easy to setup the estimate and schedule the work to be done. They were much easier to work with and did a much better job than other painters I have used in the past. The painting was generally very good. There was one area above a window which probably needed a little better prep work or needed better paint coverage. Otherwise, I would have rated their quality as excellent. When finished, they did a good job cleaning up around the work area. Their price was a little better than other estimates I got, but higher than similar painting I had done in the past. Then again, that was a while ago, so I'm sure prices have gone up, and they did a much better job, so I guess you get what you pay for.

Working with Joe and Certa Pros of South Charlotte was awesome. Joe scheduled a time to provide an estimate at my convenience (Saturday afternoon) and submitted the estimate upon completion of the inspection. We reviewed the work to be performed, materials to use and how to handle contingencies. I provided Joe with a deadline (I wanted it painted before my child's 5 year birthday) and Joe scheduled the job with time to spare. Joe's crew arrived as scheduled and proceeded with the job as described. Upon completion of the first day, the house was cleaned up as if they were not there. Joe's crew completed the project the second day and waited patiently for me to return home from work. The painting looked fantastic!! We inspected the work thoroughly and the crew touched up all areas on the spot (I had some speaker brackets and hangers mounted which they did not know if I wanted painted or not). Manual and Joe made sure that I was fully satisfied with the work before they left. Joe followed up with me after the crew left the site, again there was no sign that they were even there except for the awesome job they did. As a footnote: After the project was completed, I asked Joe to help me with an issue with the deck that I had just stained. Joe took the time to look at the material I used (not the right stain), brought in his deck staining person to review the work and planned the best course of action to address this. This effort took at least a day of Joe's time and all he wanted was to make sure that I would be happy with any work done to the deck (whether I did the work or someone else).

I would say it went very well. They did a very good job and were very professional. They stayed right within the estimate that they gave us at the start. I would definitely use this company again.

Joe came out to give me an estimate. He was prompt and very professional. Also, he was extremely thorough about how the company works, what to expect and made recommendations. We were able to get on the schedule for the following week. The crew showed up in force, and on time. They quickly got to work, asked for confirmation about which colors go where-unlike another company I had who painted the wrong color in the wrong room. They sanded the walls down, filled any holes, covered and protected all the furniture, and got to work. I was quoted about 1 1/2 days to complete the job, and they were finished by about 3 the first day. They left around 4:00, after we walked through the project several times until I was completely satisfied and everything was 100% cleaned up. The crew was very cautious of making sure my baby gates were shut at all times, which was very important to me. And they were silent while the baby slept. Since they have left, I have noticed one tiny area near the bath tile that could use a quick touch up, which I didn't notice that day, and my husband still does not see. But after contacting Joe, he says its no problem to touch that up when they come back to do the other room.

It was a wonderful experience, they were terrific. They came out within a week for us because it happened that he had an opening and it took him about three days and then had someone come out and do the touch ups and followed up regularly.

We will definitely use this company for any future painting needs. They aren't as cheap as some other painters but they do a quality job.

It went perfectly. Joe was extremely attentive and kept us informed. His crew, headed by Flavia, was tremendous. This was the best painting contractor we have ever experienced. Areas were prepped extremely well. The painting work was flawless. Every area was cleaned as the project went along. They were patient with us as the project needed to be done in 2 parts in order to work with other contractors. They did a walk through of the project with us and met with us after work. I was so excited with the finished work. Best ever. We are very satisfied.

The painting crew arrived on time. The work was done well and in a reasonable amount of time (they finished the same day, which was very helpful). They sealed off the work area with plastic sheets to keep paint from getting into other areas of the house. The work area was cleaned up well before they left.

A decorator was able to be consulted as part of the process as well. Overall, this group did a great job and we would call them again for future work. We are very pleased with the results.

The job went well overall. Our condo is very old and still has plaster walls. Joe has experienced problems with painting plaster in that there are normally several layers, surface irregularities, etc. He was very honest right from the start in letting us know how he would proceed and the difficulty that plaster presents. Certa Pro carried out the project with care and professional expertise. Our new place looks great.
