Called Joe to set up estimate. He came ontime and we carefully reviewed the job together. He gave me an estimate on the spot. His pricing was very fair compared to quotes I had received for painting work in the past. He was very knowledgeable on paint types and painting. I selected him for the job. His core teams are busy so you can't expect instant service but they did start in very reasonable amount of time once colors were selected. I did not mind this as I'd rather have experienced painters he knows vs. guys that he hires from the street to service customers quickly. The guys worked quickly and expertly and completed the job quicker than I expected. The dealt with the minor touch ups with no complaint or hassle, they cleaned up and left. They even gave me a nice surprise gift for awarding them the business. I have dealth with another painting company in the area and I received quotes from other companies not used, Joe's company made the experience quick and painless. I also liked the free consultation with the decorator on color choices. It was very helpful as I have a complicated tray celing overy my bed and her advice helped out a lot. Highly suggest you put Joe on the short list when looking for a painting company.

Overall - OK; no problems with promptness or quality; our disappointment lies in the surprise with which our request to use a credit card was received - not applicable for this company although our charges exceeded $1000. With credit card not applicable we jockeyed for alternate cash flow. It was awkward and unexpected. Excellent credit card rating had no effect. That left us with a reluctance to deal with this provider for future projects. Also, extremely particular selection of charges left us, the owners, with an unwelcome responsibility to know painting requirements - to paint this molding or not, to use primer or not, to use two coats or not - all choices impacted charges. We would have liked more authority on the part of the paint contractor - "This is what is required . . . etc." - would have made us more comforable for the end cost of the project.

They showed up on time and it took them 3 days to complete the entire job. There were 3-4 people working at one time. They draped the entire area to help eliminate as much dust as possible and cleaned it up everyday. They touched up paint where some came off with the tape. They covered everything and even put plastic around the light fixtures. It is a messy job and soooooo glad we had it done professionally vs. trying to do it on our own.

Joe's crew did an excellent job. His price was fair and his crew was very detail oriented and punctual. The interior work was particularly impressive, as the crew went above and beyond making sure the walls (which had several cracks and holes) were sanded and smoothed and the moulding was properly caulked. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with an interior or exterior painting project.

Great Job. Joe was very responsive. The Gentleman who did the work, was very deatiled and worked on the door all day. It looks fantastic!

Paint crew was on time, no loud music and courteous. Job was done on schedule and on time. Joe worked us in with less than a weeks notice. He even provide a interior decorator to assist us in the color choice.

Joe was very responsive and came out to give an estimate for a much larger scope of work. We ended up needing to make some cost adjustments on the full scope of our remodeling, and the amount of painting left to finish was much smaller in scale than we anticipated. That didn't phase Joe in the least, and he was still very happy to work with me even though the job would be smaller than I had originally planned. The painters were very nice and kept the work area extremely clean. This was a high concern for me given that we had just put in hardwood floors and a granite counter under the ceiling to be painted. One small detail was overlooked, and I was more than happy to let it go, but Joe insisted he send a crew back to finish up the last detail. I can not say enough about what a wonderful experience it was to work with a crew that is dedicated to what they do, and stands behind their pledge of excellent customer service.

Joe was very professional and provided an estimate within a few days of calling. Start of work was delayed due to weather but the job was completed within the expected timeframe. The work was done to a very high standard under the supervision of Alex, the crew leader, who also did most of the carpentry. They worked cleanly and removed all old woodwork from the site at the end of the job. Only complaint we had was that they would not quote for gutter cleaning, which seemed strange but might be due to the terms of the bonding/insurance. Price was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive and was fair given the scope of the job. Overall, we were delighted with the work and would not hesitate to use this service provider again and recommend them to others.

They were good. We felt they did a good job. In fact, we are just contracting with them to do some exterior work.

This was a tremendous job--an addition and kitchen remodel with lots of unprimed windows and trim--tons to be painted. CertaPro sent a team of six people every day for six days--they arrived on time and stayed late every night, even happily working on the weekend. The team was delightful! They were polite, friendly, professional, and so quiet--no loud music or anything! They were so easy to have around--and they were around a lot. We even missed them once they were done! With any job of this scope, there were quite a number of things that needed to be touched up once they were done, but Mr. Alex and his team came back time and time again until I was completely satisfied--and I'm a very picky customer. He did it happily, readily, and in a timely fashion. I was so impressed!!!! Rather than my having to bug them about coming back, Joe Cardone was very conscientious and called me several times to try to schedule a time when they could come. Most impressive. I would definitely hire them again and would recommend them with the utmost confidence.

I was impressed with the amount of time Joe spent with me up front explaining the products he uses, the crew, the standards. Several of the rooms had faux paint effects, the crew did a heavy sanding first, prepped the walls, primed and painted. They moved and replaced furniture. The crew was on time, very polite, very neat. A great feature of using Certa Pro is that they have a designer who you can consult with on your color choices. I found this to be huge benefit. Most of the colors I selected were spot on, but she made some really valuable suggestions and I'm really pleased with the results.

The owner is extremely professional. He is very on top of everything that's going on. We have had our house painted about four times, and they did the best job by far. They are very neat and clean. They are willing to listen to whatever you want done.

The work started and ended on schedule. We are very pleased with the results and would hire Certipro again. The price was competitive with other bids we had received.

We began getting estimates for painting the interior of our home in July, 2009. Our best guess was that the interior paint and stain was done during the original build in 1983. Needless to say, the house was in desperate need of updating. Joe came out on a Saturday morning July 25 to do the estimate. He was very professional from the start and took quite a bit of time with us to explain his company, their process, and to discuss exactly what we were looking to do. He walked through the house with us discussing each room, answering our questions, and offering suggestions. He even offers the services of a decorator to assist in color choice. Joe had the estimate to us later that same day. His cost was reasonable and in line with the other estimates that we already had. We chose CertaPro based on Joe's visit, his offer of decorator assistance with color choice, the company's standing on Angie's list, and price. They were able to start as early as August 3 but we needed more time to choose colors and pack up and clean out the house so we scheduled for the week of August 31. Joe kept in touch and helped us schedule a pre-painting cleaning as well as having his designer (Carolyn) schedule a visit to discuss colors. Carolyn was wonderful in helping us choose colors. She took time to think about the choices, to point out different considerations and she even painted larger sheetrock panels of the colors that we had decided on just so that we could be sure of the color. And after all that she even helped us with the carpet samples that we were trying to choose from. The paint crew started on September 3 and it was amazing to watch the progress each day. All the guys were prompt, polite and professional. Alex (the crew foreman) made sure to walk us through the house each afternoon and discuss what had been accomplished that day. He was always agreeable and accomodating on any touch ups, etc. that he was asked to do. These guys finished all that work in 6 working days, so by September 10 we had a brand new house inside. What a transformation ! And after dreading to get this done for so many years, it turned out to be an enjoyable experience. I plan to call Joe again when we paint the exterior of our house.

Joe did a terrific job for me on my old town home, so he was the only one we called for this job. He worked with our schedule to estimate both jobs, allowed us the use of a decorator with his company to pick colors for both sites free of charge, gave us invaluable advice on both jobs and both houses in general, worked with our schedule to get the job done and did an excellent overall job at both locations at a very reasonable price. His crews are neat and professional. They do great work without leaving a mess behind them. They are all very courteous and respectful of the property. Every job they have ever done for us, they have done additional details not in the original estimates. We plan to use his team in a few months to finish painting our new house, and will not think twice about it.

Joe and his crew did a phenomenal job on all of the areas we had them paint. They came promptly on the morning they scheduled and had all of the work done the same day. My wife and I really like the work they did and we have received a number of compliments from our friends and neighbors. This is the second time we've used CertaPro and they will be the only place we go for any painting needs we may have in the future - very professional and very good quality of work.

We were very, very pleased with the result. Joe Cardone is excellent and very professional. He came and checked in to make sure everything was going well. His crew did an excellent job. They were courteous, hard working, on time each day (3 days total), and professional. We can't even imagine trying to have done this ourselves, and they did all six rooms in 3 days! They kept the dust to a minimum with plastic barriers and cleaned up very well each day. Very good experience.

Got the job down on very short notice. I was lucky to get squeezed in between existing jobs due to a cancellation. In the end the paper came off easier then we thought it would. However it was still a job I would rather not tackle. They crew was impecable and the work flawless. Joe was on sight every day inspecting. Takes his work very seriously.

We are very happy with all of the work done. Joe was very professional in our initial meeting. He identified three areas where he could see rotted wood and included them in his estimate. He detailed all of the work to be done and answered all of my questions, both in that meeting and later. His communication was very good throughout the project. Alex and his crew were polite, professional, and cleaned up well each day. Their work was thorough and detailed.

They were professional and on time. Their quote was comperable to other quotes and they did an excellent job. Even when I had some questions or concerns they were quickly attentive.

Joe was prompt in returning calls and punctual at all times. I had originally thought that the garage door and trim needed to be painted as well, but Joe showed me how a little bit of mild cleaner would freshen it up without repainting it. His quote was 400 less than the nearest one, probably at his own expense with the garage door tip. His crew showed up right on time, worked hard throughout the day, and did a spectacular job.

Joe's team of painters did an excellent job! They were professional and quick, and did a great job of paying attention to the detail work the job required.

They were on time and very professional. They did exactly as they promised and when I did have some questions about the service, they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.
