+ -1 moreThis is our first brand new home. We were very impressed with the overall craftsmanship of this companies workers. There were no major flaws. These guys had the entire home built about a week ahead of schedule. We felt that they were very polite and we were treated very well. We would highly recommend this companies services to anyone.
Description of Work: Centex Homes built our new 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom home with a 2 car attached garage.

+ -1 moreI can not say enough about how happy we are with the way our home turned out. Let start by saying that in having discussions with the contractor, he was very pleasant to deal with. He kept us up to date and informed during the entire process. I thought they were quick with getting our house built but that did not affect their craftsmanship what so ever.
Description of Work: Centex Homes built us a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home totaling about 1400 square foot of living space.

+ -1 moreI have mixed feelings about this company. They are great in terms of price. I would not use them again though or refer them to others. My ceilings are done really poorly and I have been told by my painter that our walls were not put up very neatly. Even our molding is uneven. Furthermore, our caulking work is unsatisfactory. Personally, I would not use them again, because there are things in my home that could have been done a little better.
Description of Work: My 1800 square foot, two story home was built from the ground up by this company.

+ -1 moreTHERE WAS NO CHARGE FOR THIS WARRANTY WORK, BUT I HAD TO PUT SOMETHING IN THE FIELD ABOVE. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE HANDLING OF THIS CONSTRUCTION PROBLEM.
Description of Work: NEW, (LESS THAN 2 YEARS OLD), TOWNHOME HAD A WATER LEAK. CENTEX RESPONDED, DETERMINED WHAT THE EXACT PROBLEM WAS AND CORRECTED IT IN A THOROUGH, TIMELY, AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER.

+ -1 moreTHEY LIKE TO PUT THE BLAME ON THE OWNER UNTIL YOU PROVE THEM WRONG.
Description of Work: THEY BUILT MY HOME IN 1992 AND CUT CORNERS ON A LOT OF THE BUILDING CAUSING THE HOUSE TO HAVE MULTIPLE PROBLEMS INCLUDING ROTTING WOOD. THE NEIGHBORS ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS. ALMOST EVERY YEAR I HAVE TO FIGHT WITH THEM TO FIX PROBLEMS THEY MADE. IT TAKES A LOT OF FIGHTING AND PHONE CALLS TO GET ONE THING RIGHT.
