Mario was a true professional. He was prompt with our appointment, answered all of my questions, and provided a far quote to do the needed work. The result was an excellent set of plans stamped by a professional engineer that was suitable for getting needed permits and contractor quotes to do the work. I would definitely hire Mario again.

We had a lot of ideas and a lot of questions about the front porch we wanted. Marion listened to all of them, and then guided us away from the bad ideas and towards the good ones. We were comfortable with this because he demonstrated to us that we can trust his judgement. He provided the first 3D rendering, we requested some changes, he quickly responded. We are very pleased with his work.

Mr. Castillo-Navia fulfilled all items in our wish list and designed a practical and beautiful home for our family! We bought this house knowing we would want a good amount of work to be done, and we were very happy with the work Casna did. We found it very helpful to have someone skilled in building design to guide us through the process before going to our contractor with the plans. We’ve worked solely through a contractor previously but I felt like we received much more professional, trustworthy guidance through Casna. He really understood the vision that we had and did an incredible job bringing that to life. There were a few aspects of what we wanted to do that we weren’t sure how to approach, and Casna was very helpful in providing several options which would align with what we were imagining while also pulling together each of the different spaces throughout our house. Communication, professional guidance, and price were all great - I would 100% recommend Casna to anyone looking for someone to help execute a vision for your home design.
