We had Carolinas Renovations build us a screened in porch which came out fabulous, high quality of work, very detailed. We also had them change out the entire roof on our house. They were in and out within 3 days, cleaned up so well you couldn’t tell we had work done on our home! We Highly recommend Michael & Carolinas Renovations, LLC

Mike was great to work with and very professional throughout the entire process. I had several specifications on how I wanted it to look and he was very helpful re-adjusting quotes and design to make it just how we wanted. Once the project got started everything went smooth and he runs a tight ship with his subs making sure it is done the right way so that was good to see. At the end of the day he met the deadline and gave us exactly what we were looking for and couldn't be more excited about the end result.

Michael did an incredible job! He designed our deck to work around a large tree that we didn't have the heart to cut down. And when laying the bamboo flooring, he created a beautiful herringbone pattern which connects the two sides of our home. Michael is very good at finding creative solutions to problems, and his workmanship is top notch. I highly recommend him!

Three weeks after having a masterbath remodel go horribly wrong, we reached out to Carolinas Renovations for an estimate to re-remodel. Of the five companies we contacted, 1 was a no show, 1 provided an over inflated estimate (I believe because they didn't want the job), 2 never provided estimates and then there was Carolinas Renovations . Carolinas Renovations was prompt, courteous & professional by providing a timely comprehensive estimate. (Including a follow up phone call to ensure we received it. ) From our first meeting with the owner Mike, we knew he was the one for the job. Immediately, without us having to say a word, Carolinas Renovations Mike identified the structural issues which were causing leaks, poor quality in craftsmanship & "missing" finishes. Mike knew what needed to be done and had the experience and references to back it up. Although we were nervous and certainly not looking forward to going through the entire process again, Carolinas Renovations made us feel confident... and we weren't disappointed! They made our project their priority by working long hours and occasional Saturday's to get the job quickly completed. The Carolinas Renovations Team is extremely professional and DOES NOT cut corners or "cheap out". They do the job the right way from the start. When unforeseen issues arose, they were presented with optional solutions. The quality of our master bath remodel is superior. Carolinas Renovations delivered to the bathroom of our dreams! Our only regret is we didn't call them in the first place!

Micheal and his guys did an outstanding job! They showed up when they said they would, quality of work was exceptional, cleaned up after themselves daily, and communicated with me every step of the way! We had a very bad experience with a previous contractor that we had to take to court. Carolinas Renovations was able to come in and get things going and make everything right again! I would highly recommend Micheal Beare and Carolinas Renovations and will be using them again in the future!

Very well. Excellent work, timely completed. The last deck completed was creatively imagined, without being over the top. The tile installation was beautifully done - the floor is level and the grout joints even!

I would recommend Carolinas Renovations over and over. The process was very easy and done in a timely manner. Everything was done professionally, communication through the build was top notch and the overall product was A+++!
