She steadfastly and tirelessly represented our interests from the beginning of the process, as well as before, during after closing. She knows who to contact to get things done and anticipates the things that could hold up a sale. She exhibits extraordinary organization agility. JANE GETS RESULTS. We received an offer on out house within 9 days of its listing. I have no doubt that the process she used will bring similar results to others who use her. She is that good! JANE IS NOW A FRIEND. Jane Cross is the person you want in your corner when buying a home. We had been looking for a home for over a year and Jane stuck with us the entire time. Jane is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the buying process and will also willingly spread her knowledge to you as a client. After a bad experience 27 years ago, my husband and I swore we would never use a realtor again. Luckily we met Jane Cross and she restored our faith in the profession. We worked with Jane on both ends when we were looking for a house to purchase and also when we were selling. The thing that most impressed me is her honesty. She tells it like it is.... Unlike many realtors who just say what you want to hear! She was always prompt and a true professional. We received an offer on our home in less than 10 days!!!! And it was a great offer. Jane was the consummate professional in assisting me through the process of selling my home. Her ability to consult, recommend and ensure that the process was a success was most appreciated. She encouraged me to have the house staged, and the compliments that I received from the staging, pictures, and the video especially the drone view of the property drove traffic through a slow period when there was little to no activity going on during the holidays for other homes. Any time I needed something done her knowledge of local contractors to assist at reasonable prices was also most appreciated. What I appreciated the most was her responsiveness and ability to negotiate. Jane was a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend her.

You really need a good picture of what the real market is and they provide that. They're both adults, not some kid fresh out of college. When we first moved to Charlotte, we had a realtor through my wife who constantly was trying to get us into new builds and really blew a lot of smoke up our butts.
