Dave Deaton set up two appointments to meet me at my home in order to provide an estimate to replaster/remodel our pool. He was a 'no show' for the first appointment and didn't bother to call to say he wasn't coming. He called the next day at 1pm to tell me he had forgotten to take my name and number with him. We set up another appointment for the next day and he failed to show up or call. I have not heard from him since. After calling his office to inform them I was to file a complaint with Angie's List, his receptionist said, 'OK' and then hung up.

I apologize that Member had such a bad experience. We have had a complete change in our office staff. And we have created systems to prevent any missed appointments. Our customers are extremely important to us and for awhile the owner, Dave Deaton did not have effective support services. We value each and every customer And apologize for any inconvenience that we might have caused Member for the missed appointment.
