Description of Work: WE NEEDED WORK ON OUR STOVE/OVEN. THEY CAME OUT ABOUT 2 WEEKS AFTER OUR CALL & GAVE US A HIGH ESTIMATE, BUT REPAIRMAN SEEMED KNOWLEDGEABLE. WE ASKED THEM TO ORDER PARTS & COME BACK, BUT AFTER 5 WEEKS THEY NEVER DID. WE FOUND SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THE WORK IN 3 DAYS FOR HALF THE MONEY. WE WERE VERY, VERY AGGRAVATED WITH COUNTLESS UNRETURNED PHONE MESSAGES.
