They have been really good and very responsive. They have been working for us for three years. The workers are professional and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them.

It was outstanding. Octavius the owner was very well educated, and has a degree on landscape, very friendly, and very knowledgeable.

It didn't go. I called him. He said he would come to look at the job, but he never showed up and I never heard from him again.

They actually scheduled the work for the day after I met with Octavius. They showed up ahead of time and began work on trimming my bushes, pulling up weeds, etc. Then they spread the 10 yrds of mulch. The mulch is a nice dyed brown material. They were at my home for probably 4 hours or so. The workers just did their job and didn't make any messes. They left the yard in good shape. I would definitely recommend the firm to others. The work involving the mulch was priced at $500 as part of an Angies's list deal. The trimming and cleaning of areas around the bushes was $170.

Octavius did not notify me when anyone would be coming to lay the mulch down. Luckily, someone was home to be able to pay the crew when they showed up unannounced. We needed more mulch than what was purchased and scheduled a time for Octavius to come discuss what else was needed. After showing up late and being non-responsive with calls and texts he eventually showed up 3 hours later. Then we agree on a price and schedule a date of service. Then he goes silent for a week then says sorry we’ll arrive tomorrow. This goes on and on and he still hasn’t completed the work or responded to anything. When you combine not being responsive, not finishing the job and a bunch of excuses this is the typical contractor that doesn’t follow through with anything they say. I now have a yard that has half mulch half nothing. And of all things he asked for a review on this site!!! He is the typical non-responsive contractor who is full of it.

First time said hey would come Monday then Tuesday. Showed up Wednesday. Second time first day rain second day grass wet didn’t show up until 5 days later. Was supposed to come Monday this week. No show not answering messages.

I needed 20 cubic yards of mulch for my front and back yard. Octavius and his team were wonderful to work and I will use them again for future landscaping needs.

They showed up on time, listened to exactly what i wanted, and did exactly what I asked is less than the time allotted. I would definitely use them again

Octavius and his crew did Excellent work. They were all friendly, strong, skilled and hard-working. They spread almost 13 cubic yards of mulch and went above and beyond by weeding, raking excess leaves in beds and flagstone walkways, and blowing, even areas where they had not worked. Moreover, they removed all debris and left the place looking like Quail Hollow club!

They showed up when they said they where going to be here. Performed all the work that I asked them to do plus I am having them come back to do more work for me.

We are thrilled with the work done by Octavius and his crew! He was quick to schedule a time to come out and give us an estimate. He provided a detailed landscape design plan that made it easy for us to visualize his ideas. He was more than willing to work with us to make a few changes to his plan and even came back over to walk through it with us. Installation was a very smooth process. He and his crew worked hard to get all the work done in a timely manner. Octavius has a true passion for his work and it shows. We would absolutely recommend his company to anyone looking for landscaping services.

Octavius and team were friendly and hardworking. Octavius communicated everything up front and the price was reasonable. He and team worked quickly even with deteriorating weather conditions to complete the project ahead of schedule. He was flexible in terms of accommodating the changes we requested with plants and requirements.

Octavius and his crew did a fantastic job. The gardens hadn’t been really cleaned out in several years and I really wanted new mulch put down. Just felt it was going to be too much for me to do myself. Octavius was able to come over the same day I called to take a look and he could have sent me the quote that night, but I wanted some specific shrubs and we had to wait on a price for that. We stayed in contact via text. The work started the following week. They raked and blew out the gardens taking care of the plants already there - using tarps to haul out to trailer and keeping the lawn in decent shape. They were very detailed. I had an idea of the plants I wanted moved and where. As we progressed I made some adjustments and Octavius was very accommodating to make sure it is how I wanted it. After everything was moved and the new plants planted, there was a lot of mulch to put down. I am so thrilled with how the gardens and yard overall looks now! So were my neighbors. Two of them are having the crew work on their yards. I will definitely use Carolina Lawnscapes again!

From start to finish this was an A+ experience!!! Very timely to respond to my message. Came out an gave a free estimate the nex day. Very knowledgeable, professional, reasonably priced and did a fantastic job on everything they did. Do not hesitate to give this company a call.......you will not be disappointed!!
