The original builders did a terrible job of grading the land when they built the house for me. I had sections of yard that turned into swamps and the irrigation they installed was put in the wrong places (some even on my neighbor’s property). The builders should have installed a French Drain, but they didn’t do so. Due to the way my house was constructed there was no way to install a French Drain leading out to the sidewalk later on. Octavious had to dig up my yard and put in a rain barrel underground to collect the excess water that pooled. He attached several pipes creating a spider like effect to the rain barrel. The pipes were placed underground and went in every direction throughout my yard. The pipes have pin like holes to slowly disperse the water evenly underground keeping it from pooling into a swamp problem. I was very happy with the price but I’m unwilling to divulge it as it’s between Octavious and his customers. I would use him again and recommend him to others.
