The work he did was ok. The price was not ok.

Sam and team were very responsive, price was right and I like the fact that he didn't try to convince me to replace my gutters with the gutter guard. They did a good job and I am pleased. Helps to ensure my house is in good shape.

Scheduling was very easy and Sam called me the morning of the service to confirm the appointment time. Sam arrived as scheduled and we performed the walk around to discuss what I needed to be fixed. Sam caulked two windows, caulked gaps in wood trim all around the house, and fixed several pieces of vinyl siding that needed to be remounted and nailed down. The work was well done and Sam did not try and charge me for additional items. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I will use CHE again for my future handyman needs.

I had a wooden deck removed from my home and replaced with a stone patio. In doing so, it left some gaps in my existing vinyl siding. I began emailing the folks at Caroline Home Enhancements (including several pictures of the job) to get an estimate. Sam Moore (the owner) came to my house within a day for and game me a quick estimate. He took a sample of my siding and began looking for a match (my house is 7 years old). He called me the next day and said he found a good match and solidified his quote based upon now finding the materials. We agree he would begin the job two days later. Sam said he and his crew would arrive at my house between 8:30am and 9am. On the day of the job he called me 20 minutes prior to his scheduled arrival time to let me know he was running a few minutes late. I've never gotten a call from a contractor service if they were going to be 20 minutes late. But Sam explained that my time was a valuable as his. The job only took an hour or two and both Sam and his crew were professional, courteous, and cleaned everything up after the job. By the way, the siding he replaced is a 100% match to my existing siding. Sam and his crew did a fantastic job. My house looks great again. I would highly recommend Carolina Home Enhancements to anyone looking for vinyl siding repair and/or replacement.

It was a good experience. Mr. Moore was courteous, professional, and he completed the work when promised. Even though it was a small job, he gave it attention like it was a major repair.

They were responsive and Sam seemed very knowledgeable. He discussed the job with me prior to arriving so that he would be prepared with any needed materials. He fixed the sagging trimwork around the garage and replaced an area where a gap had developed. He inspected the rest of the siding and nailed down areas where the siding had come loose.

Showed up on time did the work and leff.

The job was done well and he also gave me pointers as to keep my front door from problems in the future.

Sam came to my home to estimate the job and discuss various options. He had a large sample of different siding and underhang options. He explained clearly and plainly how he did a siding job and answered all my my questions clearly and politely. He arrived on time and the crew and Sam worked tirelessly for at least 10 hours per day to complete the job. He asked my preferences about details along the way. He didn't leave until I was completely happy with the job and I was!!!

This was our third time dealing with Sam and his company, I have to tell you that they are the best there is out there. The floor that was put down has totally changed the look and feel to the room. Once again from the instal contact all the way thru to the finished product Sam could not have been more professional. All our concerns were taken into account and he listened with both ears....then made some recommendations that were spot on.He has definitely got a customer for life....

From my initial contact with Carolina Home Enhancements I knew they were going to be the ones who would be doing all of my home remodeling. They were polite, curtious and very informative on the phone with me and my wife. Sam the company's owner personally came to our home to look at what we needed to have done. While he was giving us the estimate for the new windows he informed us the he is personally on every job that his company preforms. this made my wife very comfortable since she knew that if the owner was on the job then the work would be done and be top quality. We were assured that we would have almost no mess from the windows......and to our surprise they just took out and placed the new windows in with almost no mess. My wife was very very happy. As a result we feel the difference already in the room and have hired Sam and his company to some other projects for us
