Description of Work: Epoxy entire garage floor. Painted side walls with base trim. Excellent job and looks great. |Chad was the organizer for the entire operation. Very responsive and knowledgeable. Crew arrived on time and were very neat and clean.

Description of Work: Professional epoxy coating (with chips) on garage floor. I scheduled an appointment and met with Jim (sales rep). He explained the process (they diamond grind the garage floor, eliminating any imperfections or bumps in the concrete, apply the epoxy and chips the first day, then sealant the second day) and Jim provided samples of chip colors used in the process. I could walk on the surface on day 3, place items on the floor on day 4, and car on day 5. Floor looks amazing, is easy to clean with just water, and has a lifetime warranty. Worth the cost.

Description of Work: They cleaned my floor by sanding the concrete then painting the base coat on day 1. On day 2 they applied some kind of clear finish and then proceeded to had toss the flakes I selected at a very heavy rate. End results I could not be happier with the work and professionalism.

+ 0 moreVery good results. Get quotes - contractors will respond to competive prices. There are several treatments out there. Premier Garage used the latest, which is a flexible treatment that will hide cracks.
Description of Work: My garage floor was previously painted. It had several long cracks that were spawling. After the paint was ground away, we found several other patches and defects. All were repaired under the original quoted price. The expoxy floor looks great. No issues after several months. They were professional and very neat.

+ 1 moreThe project went fine overall and very satisfied with the end product. Both floor and cabinets. However the followup service and responsiveness has been unprofessional and unsatisfactory. Chad Snyder president said throughout that he would take care of me if I steered references his direction. So far, I've done that with 3 different neighbors. Have yet to see anything from it even after prompting. This family run franchise just doesn't seem to understand professionalism, courtesy, and customer satisfaction. They could do so much better if they just treated their customers with more respect and responsiveness to calls/requests. I don't think I will be referring anyone else to this company.

+ -1 moreChad Snyder was prompt in coming out to give a "quote" on the work. He was personable and polite. I agreed to have the work done and gave a 50% deposit. It took several more calls to get him to actually do the installation, with Tom Snyder. They did a great job. I mentioned that I would likely want more cabinets in the future, (after I had moved in and organized the installed ones). Chad said that I need only call him, once I made the decision. I did decide on another cabinet. I also wanted a grid moved (that was not in a practical place for me), as well as changing a few hooks that were originally installed. Chad came and said that this would be done in the next week. I gave him two weeks before I started to leave messages on his cell phone as well as with his answering service. That was more than a month ago. He has never had the decency to return my calls or the calls of those I recommended him to. Franchise headquarters said the Snyders are selling their business.
Description of Work: Installed floor coating, painted cinder block foundation, installed cabinets in garage in my new home.
