Description of Work: Installed approx. 320 ft., 4" deep concrete for a patio inside a fenced (small) yard. Applied a color, stamped the concrete so it looks like pavers. After it dried, came back and applied a second color (like antiquing) and a darker boarder, then applied two coats of sealer. Looks beautiful. Can't wait to start using my new patio. The whole process went very well. Installers were great and very easy to deal with. Went out of there way to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction.

+ -1 moreNot the best experience. It took over 3 weeks and continuous calls to get someone out to give an estimate and a month to get the results of the estimate. Time was running out for us and we were locked into Bomainte because of the existing patio. No pictures were taken of the job and existing patio to aid in the estimate. I ended up going down to talk with the owner and provided them with photos, explained the difficulties etc. Another estimate was given and was approximately $10,000.00 higher than the original. The reason we were given was a "new" man was originally sent out and did not understand the "complexities of our job and it was "underestimated". Not my problem but I was basically stuck. Bomanite was busy and really did not need the work. They did a nice job but it was overpriced! The right thing to do would have been to at least split the difference of the final estimate with the original.
Description of Work: Carolina Bomanite was contracted to add on to our existing "Bomanite" patio to ensure it would match. They constructed the wood forms on the steps and new patio additions, poured the concrete, stamped it and added color to match and sealed the concrete. The new patio design and foundation was done by another contractor.
