Originally, it was supposed to take 3 weeks but Covid came it takes 6 weeks. the man did a very professional job. I was very satisfied and I would use them again. The sales man came and measured my door so that the blind fits perfect.

Brook was excellent to work with as a salesperson. She was very helpful in talking my through choices. Eric was great at installation - very precise with measurements, and efficient with the install.

These people do things right. Our first contact with Michelle went great. She was extremely helpful figuring out what would look best for our budget and how to pick colors. Really good advice. Craig the installer and Ben the owner stayed in contact after our order and set up installation. Craig is fast and cleans everything up after install. All of these people are superb at staying in contact during the process. They are punctual and follow-up is excellent. They will be our first choice for rooms early next year.

Ben and Craig came today to install my wooden plantation shutters and a skylight remote shade. They were amazing! They are skilled craftsmen, and their work is perfect! They were professional and so very respectful. Also, it meant a lot to go upstairs and find they had also cleaned well after themselves. I couldn't recommend Carolina Blind Crafters more, and in the future if I need shutters or blinds, I won't look anywhere else!

A seamless process! Their designer Michelle came out to our home and was very helpful in guiding me toward what would look best on our windows. Once I decided to use their company, Craig came out to measure the windows and answer any other questions. There was a slight delay in the manufacturing process but I was kept up to date. When the window treatments were ready, Craig came out to install. All fit perfectly and we love them!

Brook in sales was very polite and helpful in the process. It took 3 weeks to Carolina Blinds to receive the order and another week to get an appointment to get them installed. Took a little bit longer than I expected. Also, on the day of the appointment, I was told that one blind was missing from the order and it took over a week to get it, but overall their response during the process was good. Ordered the Norman Blinds as I already knew the brand in Driftwood as I also wanted color in my windows.

It went great! They were punctual, professional, and have a high quality product. Our blinds look terrific - from the inside and from the outside!

They did a beautiful job. Price was good. No complaints about them. I would highly recommend them. They were great. I am not sure of the total because the scope of work changed, because I started out doing about half of the windows and then I decided to do most of the rest and then I added some more after that. I'd have to actually total it up. My guess is we're probably in the $35,000 range. I thought that they did a super job.

They were accommodating with my schedule and were very friendly to work with. The ordering and installation process was a breeze. The quality of the blinds are great and just what I was hoping for.

Everything lined up nicely and it looks a lot better in my house in my opinion, plus I have added privacy and configurable shade now. Ben and Sarah were good to work with. If I decide to upgrade to plantation shutters in the future or similar, I would definitely hire them again.

I purchased 27 blinds for my entire home. The sales process was great! I decided on the 2-½ “ faux blinds. Great product at a great price. No pressure sales. Installation was performed perfectly! Initial measurements for blinds and taking the order was great. Have not received the blinds yet so I can't comment on installing and quality of product.

Service was excellent...from the designer who helped me pick out exactly the right color to the installation. I was particularly impressed when the initial installation attempt revealed that my window was on a slight slant...1/2 lower on one side. I had never noticed this due to the large size of the window...but putting up a solar shade level with the window, made the fault quite obvious. The installer informed me that he would have to order a different mechanism to level the shade and if he could not make the shade level and keep the flaw in the window hidden, there would be no charge. He successful installed a week later and the window and the shade look perfect. I can only imagine if I had used a less talented installer and company. These people are perfectionists, as am I. I highly recommend this company.

From the meeting for an estimate, all the way through the installation, Carolina Blind Crafters was professional and a quality company. We are very pleased with the look of the blinds and the roller shade for the front door is phenomenal! I have a front door with full glass panels down the entire length, that I choose for the light it provides. I wanted the option of a shade to pull down partially or fully when I felt the need for more privacy. This turned out so well, because it is not visible at all from the outside when the shade is up. The warranty and assurance that they will come out if any need arises is comforting. I will tell others who are preparing to move to our 55+ community about Carolina Blind Crafters and will recommend them highly.
