Ricky was very cooperative did his best to make a messy job as clean as possible. Got sewer cleaned out. Have used company in the past and got the continued good service.

However, the plumber is not punctual or readily available during emergencies. When you call the office, it just does not seem that they care.

+ -1 moreOutside drain was flushed out. I asked if they had a senior discount and was told no. I told him it was on Angie's list and he said he needed a copy of it, so I printed it out. (good thing I have a printer!) He then quoted me a price of $139. He was here about 10 minutes. But when I called, they called back within 15 minutes and sent someone right out- that I appreciated.
Description of Work: I needed the outside drain unplugged.

+ -1 moreI HAD CHRONIC PROBLEMS WITH MY WATER HEATER, THE PILOT KEPT GOING OUT. THEY STARTED OUT OK, BUT WHEN THEY KEPT HAVING TO COME BACK FOR THE SAME REPAIR TIME AND AGAIN, IT WAS APPARENT THAT THEY WEREN'T EVEN INVESTIGATING THE PROBLEM TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. THEY WOULD JUST COME, RE-LIGHT THE PILOT AND LEAVE. I SPOKE WITH THE OWNER ABOUT THE PROBLEM, AND IT WAS JUST A BIG HEADACHE BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T RESOLVE IT AND FINALLY THEY JUST DIDN'T GET BACK WITH ME. I HAD TO CALL ANOTHER COMPANY TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM.

ONCE AGAIN, THEY PROMPTLY SCHEDULED THE WORK. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK. MY ONLY SUGGESTION FOR IMPROVEMENT IS THAT AN ESTIMATE SHOULD BE MORE THOROUGH, AND SHOULD CLEARLY SPELL OUT THE DISPOSAL OF PIPES, ETC.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE RESPONSIVE AND CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. COMPLETED THE WORK QUICKLY. WHEN THEY FIRST QUOTED THE JOB, THEY SAID THEY DID NOT HAVE TIME TO START IT THAT DAY. IT WAS PRETTY EARLY IN THE AFTERNOON, SO I THOUGHT IT WOULD TAKE A WHILE TO COMPLETE AND THE QUOTED PRICE SEEMED FAIR. WE MADE A SLIGHT CHANGE TO THE JOB, AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO GET IT DONE THAT DAY. IT TOOK THEM RIGHT AT AN HOUR, BUT THE LABOR CHARGE WAS STILL $187, ONLY $25 LESS THAN WHAT WAS QUOTED FOR THE JOB THEY WOULD NOT HAVE THE TIME TO DO. I THOUGHT THAT WAS A BIT EXCESSIVE AND MENTIONED THAT, BUT THE PLUMBER WAS NOT RESPONSIVE TO MY CONCERN. I CALLED AND EMAILED THE OWNER AND DID NOT GET A RESPONSE. AS A REPEAT CUSTOMER THAT OFTEN HAS REFERRED THIS COMPANY, I WILL NOT BE USING THEM OR REFERRING THEM IN THE FUTURE.

THEY FINISHED IN 1 1/2 HOURS AND IT LOOKS GREAT. DRYWALL DAMAGE TO INSTALL BRACING WAS MINIMAL AND NOT NOTICEABLE WITH THE SINK INSTALLED. THEY HAVE DONE WORK FOR ME BEFORE AND CONTINUE TO EXCEED MY EXPECTATIONS.

SECOND PHONE CALL - I CALLED THE PLUMBER THE FOLLOWING DAY AT MY HUSBAND'S REQUEST, TO GIVE THE COMPANY A 'SECOND CHANCE'. RECEPTIONIST WAS DISINTERESTED IN PROBLEM AND AN APPOINTMENT WAS NOT SCHEDULED. THIRD PHONE CALL - I CALLED MARK MURPHY AND TOLD MARK THAT WE HAD GOTTEN HIS COMPANY'S NAME FROM ANGIE'S LIST. I TOLD MARK ABOUT THE PRECIOUS PHONE CALLS AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HIS RECEPTIONIST. HE WAS ALSO TOLD THAT WE HAD DECLINED TO DO SERVICE WITH HIM. MARK DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PROBLEM NOR SAY ''I'M SORRY'' OR DO ANY PROBLEM SOLVING TOWARDS IMPROVING OUR SITUATION. BOTH MY HUSBAND AND I WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED.
